House on the banks of the Loing, 1 to 6 travelers. Large wooded garden of 900 m2 on the shore, private dock, swimming, fishing, walking (waterfront secured by a barrier). charcoal barbecue (charcoal not included), garden furniture. The house consists of a veranda dining room, a fully equipped kitchen (gas, oven, washing machine...), a bathroom, a bedroom with a bed of 160, a living room with fireplace and 2 sofa beds, umbrella bed. Great for a chic countryside stay, rest, calm and zen!

We’ve only just reopened the calendar. Our recently fully renovated cottage is set in the middle of a large garden on the edge of the pretty village of Montigny sur Loing. A peaceful rural hideaway on the edge of the 25000 hectare Fontainebleau forest famous for its boulders. Shops 5 min. walk. The train station with direct trains to Paris Gare de Lyon every hour is a 10 min. walk away. 2.50€ a ride. Free parking at station. 55 min. train ride to the heart of Paris.

Charming independent studio with fireplace, completely renovated, overlooking a beautiful common courtyard. Located between the Fontainebleau Forest hiking trails and the Loing. Quality cleaning is provided by us ( included in the price). Just so you know, we have replaced the sofa bed (daily sleeping) in order to offer more comfort to visitors. Rental of bicycles (including electric) possible from our neighbor (instructions in the last photo of the listing).

Come and get a breath of fresh air and relax in our 2* rated gîte. The Ô Lunain gîte, 40 m2 house located in Nonville, village of the Lunain valley between Fontainebleau, Nemours and Morêt-sur-Loing. Peaceful oasis on a 4-hectare property with garden, woods and river. We live there in another house, we would be happy to host you. Electric heating/wood stove for those who want it. Not recommended for children under 10 years of age for safety reasons (river).

Bakery is a 7-min walk away. Supermarkets 10 min., A6 and TER 5 min drive. Ideal for visiting the area.

This peaceful and central home is on the edge of the Fontainebleau forest and the banks of the Loing 5/7 minutes from amenities ( Bakery, grocery store, restaurant...) and the train station with a direct train to Paris Gare de Lyon ( 55 minutes)

"Le Cerisier"

Studio on the ground floor, consisting of a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen-dining room and a bathroom. The studio, extended by a private terrace, is located at the back of our house with independent entrance so it is away from street noise. Ideal for a couple of hikers, or just a break between river and forest. Train station and shops are a 7-8 minute walk. Please note, the ceiling height is 1.85 meters, it is not very high :-))
