Villa holiday rentals in Montferrier-sur-Lez

Very well furnished and equipped house for the 8 adults of our family. Peaceful environment with very nice walks nearby. The hospitality and kindness of the hosts was greatly appreciated.

We’ve just returned from a week‘s stay at this beautiful location. Everything is as described and even better than pictured. The house was perfect for us (2 adults and 2 kids) and the kitchen has everything one could need. There is also an electric bbq outside, which we used a couple of times as well. There is a lovely gazebo out by the pool where we ate all of our meals. And the pool itself was definitely the highlight for the kids. It is nice and big and clean and was the perfect temperature. The garden was my personal favorite as it is so big, absolutely beautiful and very peaceful. The location is very quiet and private and since we had a car we never attempted to walk to Pézenas so I’m not sure how long this would take but the drive was about 10 min to the grocery store. Driving to the beach (we went to Sète) took about 40 min. The hosts are lovely and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and quiet vacation in south France.

New accommodation very functional, in a quiet environment and great location to discover the area.

We had a great time. Extremely clean house, very well equipped, as described. In a very quiet cul-de-sac and close to highways. Note the Aldi at 400 m allowing you to run errands quickly. We were able to enjoy the pool for a very hot week. The air-conditioned house is a real asset. The little touches upon arrival touched us. We'll be happy to go back!

Great stay at a lovely villa

We stayed in the house for two weeks at the end of July, the villa was spotless and exactly as described with every amenity you could want. The outside area was a particular highlight with a full outdoor kitchen, seating areas, and a great pool with a separate relaxation pool that we used all the time. There was plenty of both sun and shade on the terrace throughout the day. The villa is in a quiet location and not overlooked, we found it to be really relaxing and peaceful. The village is a short walk away with regular market and small shops and bars, and a supermarket is a five minute drive away. Géraldine and Laurent were fantastic hosts who met us on arrival and gave us plenty of great local recommendations. We did not need to contact them during the stay but always felt we could if we needed to. We had a wonderful two weeks in the villa, and hope to return again soon.

Beautiful and large house with all modern comforts. Large garden with pool which unfortunately we couldn't enjoy during our family stay for the New Year... On the other hand, the house was very well heated. The owners gave us a very good welcome and granted us considerable flexibility on schedules. Recommended...

We had a perfect stay at the villa in Marseillan. The location was beautifully close to the sea, the local market and bakery. The house itself was wonderful. It looked great and felt great. It was clean and it had all the utilities to have a perfect week together with our group of twelve friends. I highly recommend this accomodation as Laura, the host, was great in communication and supportive when we needed more information.

Everything was perfect, impeccable house with all the amenities needed very clean. Superb pool very well secured. The owners are very attentive and very responsive!! We spent 15 days in a very quiet haven of peace without any vis-à-vis. We will return with great pleasure!!!

A little slice of paradise on the doorstep of a vibrant market town. The house was beautiful - spacious, well-equipped - in the most wonderful grounds with a glorious pool. We were a stone’s throw from the centre of town with incredible day and night markets, restaurants, cafes, bakeries and more. Chantal was a perfect host - calling to check we’d settled in - and Irina met us to handover keys and show us round. We’ve searched for almost two decades for the perfect place in France - we think we’ve just found it…

For a residential setting it was peaceful day and night. The house was so well equipped for relaxing, reading, cooking, swimming, yoga - we slept so well and had a wonderful 10 days. In a great location to visit other cities from and so close to the beach - we had a car which is essential to get about to see everything from city centre to beach and night life.

Everything was perfect and in line with the announcement. Owner available and attentive.

The house is very nice and nicely decorated. Spacious living and dining room and two spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool and very large (and deep) and looks beautiful. There are plenty of beds and a nice seating area. There is also plenty of shade from large umbrellas. Surroundings are beautiful and close to nice cities such as Montpellier and Beziers. There is also plenty to do. Supermarket and bakery and pizzeria around the corner 3 minutes drive.

We spent several days in a superb villa, clean, perfectly arranged and decorated with great taste. The setting is both warm and soothing, ideal for a relaxing stay. Ludovic, our host, was absolutely adorable: extremely available, responsive and very accommodating, especially regarding our time constraints. He responded with patience and kindness to any questions we had. An experience we would definitely recommend!

Stephanie and Erwin were friendly, helpful, and always there if we needed to ask a question. Their response times were fantastic. The village is amazingly quiet, with walks within metres of the house. The shop, pizzeria and Thai restaurant are amazing extras for such a small village. The hills were testing, but we did it!

The house was very clean and located in a very quiet area. Recommended!
