We only stayed one night, but the check-in was smooth, the apartment was tidy and clean with all the necessary equipment. We had a pleasant stay.

Nice place to stay near the train as described in the listing. Boulangerie and supermarkets are within walking distance. There were five of us and we were very comfortable. The contact with Emilie and Nicolas was very nice, even a later checkout was not an issue. We felt very comfortable and can recommend the accommodation.

Places close to transportation , easily accessible. The place is quiet , the welcome is great, it makes you want to come back! Fully clean house with everything you need!

My family of four stayed with my daughter, aged 16 and 11.It was not where the app indicated, but the owner came to pick us up at our place.The owner was quick to respond to messages and gave me peace of mind.The room was also newly remodeled and very clean.It is a very good environment for sightseeing in Paris.It was okay to use the public bus to buy a lot of ingredients at the supermarket near the station.We bought a weekly ticket for public transportation in Paris, so it was a great deal and easy to get out to the city.We also encourage other users to buy it.I'd love to stay again if I get the chance.

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. We hope to be back in the near future! Thank you Josefa!

This was a fabulous house to stay in. For our family of 5 there was plenty of indoor and oudoor space. The salt water pool was delightful, as was the whole garden with plenty of seating and relaxing areas. The children loved the trampoline and petanque. The house is in a superb location. We had many walks and bike rides along the beautiful river. There was plenty to do locally - we went bowling, mini golf, kayaking, to the football and Le Trot. The area was peaceful and very safe. We did a few trips into Paris which took about 30 minutes from the house. Stephanie was incredibly helpful and informative. We could not have had a better holiday, thanks to this lovely house and hosts.

We loved everything about this place!!! It was perfect for our family of five. The backyard is stunning, the neighborhood is safe and quaint and it was easy to access the metro to get into the city center. If you are going to Paris with a family or group of friends, this is the place to stay!

We had an exceptional night at Julien's place. Everything was perfect! The setting is beautiful, very quiet and relaxing. We took full advantage of the swimming pool and jacuzzi, a real relaxing moment. Julien is a very welcoming, caring and available host. The space was spotless and very pleasant. We would recommend it without hesitation and will be happy to come back if we have a chance. Again, thank you for this beautiful break!

Fantastic stay for a short break for a family of 5 to the Euro Disney parks. The property is spacious and very clean. It’s private and has a large garden. It’s is well looked after and very homely. It was just the tonic to come back to after a long day at Disney. Greg was incredibly welcome and thoughtful, lights on and food in for our late arrival. Thank you! Would recommend and would return if ever in the area again.

I had a wonderful stay in this apartment. The location is great as it’s not far from Paris and very easy to reach the Louvre and other main attractions. The apartment is beautiful and spacious with a lovely garden which was especially convenient as I was traveling with my small dog. The neighborhood is nice with a fantastic bakery and a small grocery store nearby while larger supermarkets are about a 15–20 minute walk away. There’s also a pharmacy close by. The apartment has everything needed for a long stay and the host was very kind responsive and always ready to help. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay near Paris!

We stayed as a couple, with a friend and my dog. The trip was bucolic, from start to finish. The proximity to the forest (or simply walking areas), the large garden (what am I saying! Huge), the sauna.... What happiness. Everything is done to ensure we have a great time, and for us, it was a done deal. A big thank you to Kristiina and her partner, as well as the two dogs, co-hosts too. 🐶🥰 Everything was perfect! Really. Idyllic.

Top apartment, matches the photos well. The bedding is extremely good Very friendly, accommodating host. Even last minute for a baby bed Very convenient small residence with its parking, well indicated and especially 2 steps from the Parc des expo de villepinte.

Nice and spacious apartment in a nice neighborhood. Nice to have the space in the apartment after a day in Paris that was clean and nicely decorated. Communication with Elodie went smoothly and she is helpful. We had a lovely stay! Distance to the train is a 15 min walk. The total trip from the apartment to the Paris is about an hour. It is good to know that not all stairs to the apartment have a railing. I stayed with my mum who is a little older and that was a point of attention.

Laurence was a wonderful host. Very kind and welcoming throughout my stay. Her home is located in a peaceful area, and the garden in particular was absolutely beautiful and serene. I’d definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a relaxing and charming getaway.

Very comfortable & well-appointed space. The bedroom & bathroom are slightly seperated from the living room which was useful. Just across the street from the Bois de Vincennes which is a very large park with lakes, rowboats, islands, restaurants, a horse-track & much more. There is also a cute local park on the other side. A short walk to a main street with restaurants etc , and just bit further to the metro. It's not quite Paris but has good access to Paris. There are buses that go into Paris even closer than the metro. Virginie, her husband & their incredibly cute dog, Purple, are very welcoming & thoughtful, helped us carry our suitcases up the stairs. (It's not handicap accesible). All in all, we had a very pleasant stay.
