We've had such a pleasant time. The Villa is beautiful and Nik is a great host.

A dream week in the Marche region with the whole tribe: cousins, sisters, parents, dog and mother-in-law (yes, even her). The villa? A paradise. Top pool, therapeutic whirlpool (also for the nerves), BBQ for serial grillers. Stefano and Alessandro: 10 out of 10, always present but never intrusive. Postcard panorama, comfort everywhere. We relaxed, had fun and... put on weight. We'd go back tomorrow. In fact, we'd move there.

Great stay in beautiful house in beautiful house.

We were a group of 13 people – with and without disruption, a facility from Switzerland - and were allowed to spend our Easter holiday in your house this year. Both the house itself and the surrounding area have delighted us, but in particular we would like to emphasize the warm and open contact with you. We take a trip together every year around this time and have experienced many beautiful accommodations – but rarely has a house been as perfect for us as a group. We would like to sincerely thank you for the wonderful time we were able to spend at your place. It was a completely successful stay, and we agree: We would love to come back!

I had the pleasure of staying with my friends for 4 days at Casale Santo Stefano and the structure turned out to be perfectly in line with the description. Host Massimiliano and his mom were very helpful. I recommend Casale Santo Stefano to everyone

The property was well-equipped and very clean. The location on a small hill is a dream, sunset included. Martina is a very thoughtful host!

Donata is a great person very friendly and speaks english fluently. her place is up at a mountain with lots of green ,trees and mountains. when we got there she had made us homemade bread , cake , cookies, yogurt milk, espresso machine for us ready for the next morning. . The only problem is that you need to drive a car there and not to be afraid to drive in tiny roads .

Filippo is very friendly person, he was still on the phone. He gives to us good tips. We were feeling on his house as in our home. Vila is cosy place, with huge garden. Everything was clean and enough towels were prepared for us. The best was view from home. Also Filippo cleans the swimming pool every evenening, therefore the pool is in great condition. Also we can reccomend a great restaurant Montecucco approx. 600metres from villa. I can very reccomend this accomodation ;-)

Very nice house in a good location near Senigallia. We felt very comfortable in the quiet surroundings and were able to enjoy the great view of the Marche hills. Ivana is a very accommodating host

Excellent stay, Vanessa is a very kind, welcoming and warm person. She even made the effort to answer our questions in French. The house is very beautiful, well located, well equipped, tastefully decorated, very pleasant to live in. Location advised friends to have a pleasant stay. No unpleasant comments to make.

We had an absolutely exceptional experience staying at Stefano’s place. He was an outstanding host—warm, thoughtful, and incredibly knowledgeable. Stefano had an endless list of recommendations for just about everything you could imagine, with a knack for fantastic restaurants and unique places to eat. We followed nearly all of his suggestions! From the moment we arrived, Stefano kept in touch to make sure we were having the best time possible, and it truly made a difference. What would we do without Maki!! The apartment itself was exactly as described—100% accurate—and even better in person. Both of the main bedrooms lead to a lovely balcony that catch the morning sun. There’s a convenient bike rental shop nearby, and cycling is definitely the way to explore the area. We loved riding along the cycle path that runs up the northern coast—it was one of the highlights of our trip. If you're looking for a truly exceptional host in an amazing appartment - Stefano’s place is the one.

Tiziana's accommodation is the best you could wish for if you are looking for peace, silence and immersion in nature. Very close to the house, a path leads to a waterfall and in 5 km of uphill you reach the Hermitage of Carpegna. Otherwise, if you are travelling by car, there are many natural and historical places of interest a few kilometres away. If we happen to return to the area, we will be happy to be hosted again by Tiziana.

A group of 6 of us stayed at Kevins wonderful place in Rimini for 3 nights and we were not disappointed. From the outside the house looks decievingly small, but you then enter and are greeted by lots of living space, 2 huge bedrooms with ensuites a upstairs, a great loft room with it's own bathroom and a big double bedroom in the outhouse which is through an amazing little private garden that has a cool banana tree in the middle. The location was fantastic, right by the historic town centre and about a 20 minute walk from the beach (or 6 minutes by Bike or Scooter via a lovely path). Kevin was extremely quick to respond to messages and gave us clear instructions before arrival and for checkout. Overall it was a great stay, and everyone very much enjoyed it! ps. you also have a garage for a car. we managed to fit a Nissan Qashqai 4x4, but would be easier with a smaller car.

Modern and clean structure, located a few minutes away by foot from the sea, reachable by a nice cycle - pedestrian track. Great as a base for touring Gabicce and its surroundings. The property is arranged on two levels and offers a nice outdoor patio where you can eat and relax. We enjoyed the place. Communication with Rosa was fine. The apartment is spacious, we appreciated the possibility of using the garden. It's not far from here and the beach. And the dog Ugo, it was a bonus, the nicest dog we've ever met on the road.

Beautiful and comfortable accommodation perched on top of a hill in a small picturesque village! Total tranquility reigns in the village and around the accommodation. Giancarlo was responsive and super nice! Thanks to these phone calls, we found distant members of our family, the choice of this accommodation exceeded our expectations! This stay exceeded all our expectations! Everything was perfect – the communication was super smooth, the check-in process was easy, and the place itself was even better than we had hoped. We felt completely comfortable and well taken care of throughout our time there. Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone!

We stayed 3 weeks in this fantastically located house. Lying on the terrace and listening to the birds, hikes in the adjacent nature reserve are just incredibly beautiful. And those who like life and cities are really in good hands in Pesaro, Urbino, Rimini etc. The nearby house beach is quiet and ideal. The house is simply and functionally furnished just like a country house. So, we'd come back any time. Thank you very much for the very kind care.

Beautiful spacious accommodation with everything you need. Enjoy swimming, chilling in the jacuzzi and BBQing. All the peace and space you need to completely unwind. Marissa is a friendly host who makes sure you don't miss anything and that you can find everything you need.

Stay at apartment hosted by Kristian and Gabriele was exellent. Place was clean, peaceful, hosts were kind and there was breakfast provided. We visited advised restaurant and it was one of the best dinners I had in Italy. We also made a little walk around the hills.

A quiet neighborhood with wonderful hosts who make you feel at home from day one. The perfect place for real relaxation. Our dog appreciated the daily company of sweet Memole in the garden. Clean, comfortable, the surroundings of the house are a feast for the senses!Matteo, Marusca and Eva were very friendly and helpful in every matter. We were only passing through and needed a place to sleep, but was nevertheless a nice stay. Small, cute room, clean and cozy. Quiet environment, parking in front of the house. Hostess was super friendly Loved it.

Davide's house is magical, set inside the castle walls of the fabulous Castle Gradara. The house is amazing with everything we needed for our stay as a family of 4 and Monica was very welcoming and helpful. I can't recommend staying here enough. thank you Davide.
