Scott's place was spacious and clean. Very responsive host when we had questions. Soriano nel cimino is a cute town with very yummy restaurants and sight seeing. Everything is very walkable or rent a car to venture out of the town. We were able to park at the bottom for free but it is a walk uphill. I 100% recommend ✨

What a great find! Amazing accommodation beautifully decorated with all the amenities you would expect from a quality let. Our host was on hand to answer any questions and the garage was a huge bonus

For our family vacation, three couples and a 1-year old, the place was perfect. The ability to spend the heat of the day in the huge pool or inside the refreshing lodging made the stay excellent. The place is close to groceries, pharmaceuticals, restaurants, local sites, cities, etc. Ken was always responsive to whatever issue we brought up and his quick replies were greatly appreciated.

Couldn’t fault host nor house! Perfect place and perfect host! Had full family of six (14, 17, 19, 24 years old) and plenty to do and see. Highly recommend Bracciano Castle, eating in Travignano, walking up to the national park behind the house, swimming in the lake…and more. We intended to go to Rome, but we were glad to not to have to drive….and left it to do on our last day. It wasn’t long enough, but we had a good day in Rome and the train is very easy from the airport. Giorgia and Bechara were great. Very clear with everything and very warm and welcoming. Would love to go back.

Very nice and classic villa. Great for big family or group of friends who want to spend time together and also have privacy. The yard is amazing. The hot tub is great for cold days. The location is in the middle of the hills wineries which is beautiful but do take in mind every ride to any town is at least 20-30 minutes down and up the hills.

Immaculate views, especially if you're looking for isolation. Gorgeous pool, plenty of room, amazing balcony, wood burning fireplaces - what more could you ask for? I spent 3 weeks here and enjoyed every minute. Was an excellent retreat space, and would love to come back again

Delightful, well-kept, essential place, perfect for those who want a peaceful and relaxing stay with their four-legged friends... The house is fenced and therefore perfect for leaving dogs free, you will find a delightful garden shaded by olive trees with sun loungers and outdoor shower. The patio with the outdoor coffee table has allowed us to eat out and enjoy the place. Just a stone's throw from the little house, a private street will take you to the lake beach, also quiet and perfect for peace and relaxation...what to say for us , beyond expectations you will remain more than satisfied. Antonella is a serious and very accurate host, ready for our requests and always kind. It would be nice to come back! Thank you from Sara Simone Lillo and Joy 🐶

I recommend everyone stay here. Beautiful house with everything you need for your stay. The lady was super kind, she made us find water and milk in the fridge and a super cake made by her for breakfast. Top-level cleanliness. The area is very quiet, nearby there are supermarkets, bars, pharmacies. Easy to get to the center of Perugia by car. We had a great time as if we were at home. If we were to return to Perugia, I would have no doubt: I would definitely come back here.

We had an excellent stay! The communication was awesome and checking in was a breeze. The home was amazing with amazing view. The kitchen had everything we needed and we felt super relaxed. A great place to stay!! We were a family of 11 from ages 1-73 and everyone loved it 💕
