Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Montecito

Had a great time! Geoff and Annika were great hosts. The sauna was so nice after a long hike. The place was clean, peaceful private, and easy to get to. Easy check in and out.

I think this is the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in!! The place is a short walk to downtown and easy parking! Like some of the reviews say you can hear some noise upstairs, but we were expecting that so not an issue! I would say maybe bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper otherwise this place is perfect! Also much bigger inside than the pictures look!

Good stay, the place is pretty new, things are clean. Morning is a little bit noisy.

Our stay in Carpinteria was amazing! The host was very responsive and friendly. The location was absolutely perfect since we were one block from amazing beach with amazing sunrises and sunsets with a beautiful walk path. All the most amazing restaurants were in walkable distance or biking. There was also a grocery store nearby and coffee shops to choose from. The place was immaculate and had everything we needed. Bikes and other recreational equipment in the garage where very convenient. grill outside and fire pit were, our nighttime favorites since the nights get a little chilly. The views of the mountains and access to wine tour was also great. I would love to come back next time with my daughter.😊

Clean, quiet, convenient and private, our stay worked out great for us since we were close to our family and that was essential. We both slept great, and we actually figured out how to use the TV! I loved seeing Elvira’s beautiful vegetable and flower garden out front, and having all the lighting really helped us find out way home at night. I would definitely come back.

I had a very late check in and Jennifer accommodated my needs. She was responsive and able to get me checked in even though it was very last minute and late. I appreciate her willingness to help and work with me.

Immaculate Santa Barbara place that it great for family. Excellent communication, easy instruction and every detail thought out. High end furnishings and appliances. Better than a hotel in my opinion. Had a beautiful Mothers Day weekend. Highly recommend.

Room was exactly as described and within walking distance of the beach and tons of shops and restaurants! Hosts are very responsive. While I had no complaints, there was not a lot of street parking available. I have a small van which fit fine in the parking lot available and there were plenty of spots available during my stay!

The house was exactly as described and in the photos. Best things about the place: location, quite neighborhood, easily accessible, close to all the beaches, added bonus is the house has all the beach gear (beach chairs, umbrella, cart to carry and beach towels). I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

The house is beautifully decorated and well outfitted. We enjoyed walking to the beach and the stores. We also enjoyed the outdoor ping pong table.

We had a great trip to Santa Ynez and a wonderful stay at Tara’s house. This house is perfect for a family traveling with young kids. The master bedroom is huge and the other two bedrooms upstairs are spacious enough to fit a crib or pack and play. The downstairs studio bedroom/playroom is also a great feature! The house is a short, pleasant walk to the town area. Tara was very helpful and responsive before and during our stay. The house was clean, stocked with necessities, and everything worked as described. Would definitely recommend!

The farm is beautiful--blooming flowers, view of the valley and ocean, avocado orchards to wander in. It was perfect for our family with the pool for the the kids, lots of open space to run around in, and close to the beach. The house was well stocked with games and puzzles. House was spotlessly clean. Thank you Connie!

The property was amazing and very accommodating for our adult son who is in a wheelchair. Other than navigating a few steps to get into the house everything was ADA friendly including a roll in accessible shower in the master suite. The grandkids loved the backyard with plenty to do. The home was just as advertised. Beautiful, full of sunlight, amazingly appointed, generous snacks and wine upon arrival. All the beds were super comfortable- even the pull it couch! The backyard is spectacular- peaceful, views down to Santa Barbara , a large fire pit which was enjoyed every evening for hours. The home is surrounded by beautiful landscaping and dozens of fruit trees (fruit for the picking)! Darryl was super responsive to all emails and requests. It was the perfect place for our family to enjoy our son’s graduation from UCSB!

We had a great time at Elizabeth’s place. The location was perfect. Walking distance to unlimited restaurants, bars, beach etc. Elizabeth was very responsive and her check in/out instructions were flawless & easy. The Airbnb was very comfortable and spacious for 4 adults. We cooked dinner one evening and had all amenities we needed to do so. We had a lovely time!

This is a wonderful property close to the beach and within walking distance of all local shops. The property had high quality furnishings including lovely shower products, high quality appliances and a super comfy bed. We had a lovely host and I will definitely return to this property.

Small but efficient for us two. Great location in Carpinteria. We usually camp at the state beach but opted not to this year. Had everything we needed. Pool and spa were great. Complex was peaceful and other residents and office staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking in gated lot and the spots had plenty of room for our truck and there were bike racks inside the parking lot for locking up our bikes that we took. We only used our vehicle once it was too dark for bike riding, otherwise we biked or walked. Husband fished everyday for several hours while I got to sleep in, relax, watch tv, or walk up the street for shopping. Farmers Market on Thursday was great for buying fresh fruits and veggies and flowers.

Nice, cozy condominium. Close to the beach and the private gated parking was awesome. We even enjoyed the pool daily. Loved walking to the beach daily. We would stay here again in the future. The kitchen was very well stocked for our needs. We were able to prep food for my son’s PhD graduation party which was held in Goleta. The refrigerator was large enough to hold the food. Great little spot to stay in Carpinteria. Less than a minute to walk to the beach and about 5 minutes to walk to downtown Carp.

Our family had a wonderful time at this space. The unit was comfortable, spacious and very well stocked. We enjoyed the short hike along the bluffs to watch dolphins and seals. We spent hours on the wonderful beach steps away. The comfortable heated pool and hot tub were a great way to end the day. We would love to return one day.

Amazing location. Loved being able to walk to the beach, restaurants and smart n final for light grocery shopping. Friendly and communicative hosts. :)
