David's place was perfect for us! It is so comfortable and we loved watching Directv...what a treat! The kitchen space is fully stocked with lots of clear directions. David was very helpful and accommodating. Even the main house seems close to the guest house, it is still VERY private. Thank you David for a wonderful stay!!

Me and my family stayed here for the weekend and it was so beautiful. The house was so clean and they provided us coffee. There was a pool that we got to enjoy. The house itself is so beautiful and it’s very close to the beach. We loved everything about it. We wish we could’ve stayed longer definitely coming back.

Gorgeous place; the available pics tell the tale. We enjoyed the garden and pool setting, and walking in the lemon and avocado orchards. This home has history and tons of character. Great roomy master bedroom with lovely views. Our host was available and gracious, but not intrusive…perfect.

Fantastic location just outside of Santa Barbara but proximal to the Santa Ynez Valley. Jennifer is a great hostess and her recommendations for food and adventures are fantastic. Would highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to get away.

We were in town for a wedding for the weekend and this spot was perfect for us. We are a family of 5, we had a ton of space to relax in. The kitchen was stocked with coffee and water in the refrigerator which is really nice. There was also a delicious party to enjoy with our coffee the next morning. The property was absolutely beautiful as well. Highly recommend.

This property is beautiful and very peaceful. My children came from out of state to celebrate my 60th birthday and it was a great way to spend time with the family. The house is clean and clutter free. The house is very spacious. We enjoyed game time around the table. This was our first trip to Solvang and we will definitely be going back. Thank you for a great weekend. Lots of memories are made.

Bonnie’s home was beautiful- very clean, comfortable, and had lovely surroundings. The pool outside was even better than expected, it was the perfect temperature and felt like a pool in an Italian villa. The hosts are also on-site and were so friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I would highly recommend staying here for a memorable weekend!

This is definitely a family home that is loved and well taken care of. Everything worked perfectly and every detail thought about and explained. The pool and Spa were clean and welcoming and everything we needed for a family gathering was included. Spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable (especially the beds) - it was very hard to leave!

Cozy and immaculately maintained 70’s nautical beach vibes. Extremely friendly and responsive host. A very special place! Two things I did not like: 1. 4pm check-in (3pm more reasonable) 2. 10am checkout! (Should be 11am) These adjustments would be more fair to guests still leave plenty of time for cleaning before the next guests arrive.

The house is beautifully decorated and well outfitted. We enjoyed walking to the beach and the stores. We also enjoyed the outdoor ping pong table.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. This home was in the BEST location. It was wonderful to be able to walk right out the door to the beautiful butterfly beach or into Montecito village. The home was tucked away in a very quiet neighborhood! My family I enjoyed our stay and will be back! Ryan was amazing. He greeted us upon arrival and gave us some great restaurant recommendations and a beautiful hiking trail to explore. He was extremely quick to respond to any message or question I had. Five stars across the board!

Great get away and enjoyed the stay immensely. Lots of space to relax with a group. My cousins had a great birthday weekend. So peaceful and quiet with the most dreamy deck viewing the ocean in a hammock chair. Family (including the dog) would love to stay again for another restful weekend.

Great secluded place that’s close to the beach with the amenities that make you feel right at home.

Literally perfect!! The house was an absolute dream, but the private yards made it. We felt like we had so much space! Great walkability to amazing restaurants, wine tasting rooms, and beaches too. Macaulay was amazing as well - responsive, friendly, helpful… even accommodated an early check in. We will be back!! Do yourself a favor and book it!

Brianne and David were great hosts! The place was beautiful and exactly what the pictures looked like. Our vacation was beautiful and so relaxing because of this place. It’s probably the best air bnb we stayed in. The area was perfect too. Felt safe and comfortable. Our toddler also loved the backyard. With the nice breeze, the fresh air felt great too. I also greatly appreciate the recommendation Brianne gave for a local family friendly beach. It was perfect for us.

The home is well kept and cleaned thoroughly. There’s a few bug traps around the house but we didn’t encounter any during our stay. It’s the second house in from the corner which is a busy street but you don’t hear any noise from it. Only complaint would be the windows are old and not the easiest to open - since there is no A/C opening them during our stay was a must. Overall a beautiful house!

Our stay was incredibly comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable. The backyard was really well designed as there were many comfy gathering places which includes hammocks, campfires, and marshmallow pits. The house was overall well equipped and extremely clean.

We had a great time and the location was perfect. We would definitely rent again from Mary.

The listing doesn’t even do this place justice. It’s a bit of heaven on earth. We were close to everything for convenience but felt like we had our own private paradise with the most epic views of the coast. The amazing wildlife and mountains were beyond description.

Our time at the Garden Cottage was so wonderful! The owners of the property, Peter, Donna, and their sweet pup Koda, were so friendly and gave us plenty of privacy during our stay. They truly made us feel right at home. Peter told us some awesome history on the house/cottage and some really cool facts about the local environment. The cottage itself was very clean and the perfect size for two people. It’s an awesome home base for people who like to get out and explore. The walk to the beach is literally steps away, and we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets every evening. We even saw some dolphins on our last night there! I highly recommend staying here for anyone who wants to unwind and enjoy a private corner of Montecito/Santa Barbara.
