Condo holiday rentals in Montecito

My high school friends and I were celebrating our 6o-th birthdays. Spencer's beachfront condo was the perfect spot for this wonderful weekend. Everything was new and spotless. All of the rooms were beautifully decorated and well supplied. The location is steps from the beach and also just a block from Linden street. We spent day shopping and enjoying the different restaurants and the second day soaking up the sun. It was perfect to have the filtered water in the kitchen tap, new appliances and t.v.'s in each room. All of us loved the quality of the beds. Highly recommend!!

We had a fantastic stay! The place was spotless and really well maintained. It was super comfortable, the outdoor patio was perfect to sip a wine while enjoying the sun and overall the house was exactly as described. The location also couldn’t have been better: walking distance to great cafes, shops, the train station and a short stroll down to the beach. It made getting around Santa Barbara so easy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thanks so much!

The condo was perfect for our family beach stay during Spring Break. Everything was as described. Great location, right on the beach and the condo had everything we needed!

The other reviews are spot on. This place is pristine. Best value I found vs. a hotel room, plus you get a full kitchen and separate living room. They even have bonuses like coffee there for you and champagne. There are fans in both rooms, plus an extra fan in the closet in case you need it. Plenty of towels, beach towels, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, makeup remover washcloth, extra blankets and pillows. Even a red wine decanter and shot glasses just in case. They literally thought of everything. I brought my 9 year old son with me, so loved all the extra security with the keypads on the gates, extra locks on the doors, etc. There is a closed garage for your car. Absolutely loved my stay and couldn’t recommend this property more highly. Melanie was even gracious enough to extend help to a local friend. Wish I could give her more than 5 stars.

Beautiful location with beachside views. Clean and well supplied. Parking on site, which is very helpful.

Space was perfect for my husband and I with our 8 week old. We came up for a wedding. Very easy to get to and having a garage space made us more comfortable as the immediate area is across the street from a liquor store and next to this weird car wash. The unit itself was very comfortable and functional, styled very well and we felt homey! Glad there was an elevator also! Would stay again.

This place is the best location, walking distance to state street, funk zone, and the harbor. Very easy to find. I have already recommended to my family and I look forward to staying when I’m back in SB!

5++ stars!! This place was absolutely amazing and our family (2A, 2K- 10, 7) enjoyed staying here and would definitely book again next time we’re visiting relatives. All amenities were thoughtfully included to make our stay comfortable, right down to the beach tar wipes (which we needed!) and the delightful Wes Anderson coffee table book that we enjoyed reading. Location - Moments to the freeway, and the rest is all walkable- three blocks to the beach, short walk to the pier and On The Alley for a delicious bite and eight minutes to State and the Funk Zone. Grocery store and a pub are conveniently around the corner. House - As others have mentioned, the sound does carry from the other units, but wasn’t a huge issue for us. We found the beds to be a bit soft and a clothes drying rack would be useful, but otherwise no complaints. Property is spotlessly clean, includes a good quality beach set, extra towels/linens, full sized laundry, parking and lovely outdoor patio/bbq area.

Heather was by far one of the most gracious, kind, and communicative hosts we've ever experience on any home sharing/rental platform in the last 10 years. Her place was immaculate and had everything we needed to feel right at home, plus extras. The thought put into her home, making sure we were comfortable, and generally making us feel welcome was above and beyond. From cozy blankets, a beautiful tea and coffee selection, luxury bath and kitchen products, to very personalized recommendations based on my profile, our stay at Heather's couldn't have been any more wonderful. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation with friends...and even letting me back in after check-out when I left my phone inside. :)

We had a great time at Elizabeth’s place. The location was perfect. Walking distance to unlimited restaurants, bars, beach etc. Elizabeth was very responsive and her check in/out instructions were flawless & easy. The Airbnb was very comfortable and spacious for 4 adults. We cooked dinner one evening and had all amenities we needed to do so. We had a lovely time!

we really enjoyed our stay. we had easy access to the beach and the condo have a few chairs and boogie boards my kids enjoyed. our favorite place was the second floor outdoor space, we ate meals and relaxed in this great space.

The townhome is just a 2-minute walk to the beach, and it’s super close to all the cute local restaurants. I highly recommend staying here, and I’ll definitely be back with my family soon. Our stay at Laura’s casita was wonderful! We arrived early and Lara graciously allowed us to check in early and even met us with her fresh baked sour dough bread, which was amazing! The casita is beautifully decorated and so clean. It is minutes away from the beach and the downtown area. It really was ideal!

Great place to stay. Loved that we had both units for two couples and our dog. Super walkable to all of Solvang. And the parking was plenty. Comfortable, clean, easy stay!

We had an excellent time at this airb&b. We walked the beach every morning and saw a big group of sea lions that were very fun to watch. The sunsets we saw were insanely gorgeous. We highly recommend this lovely condo. You won’t be disappointed! The hosts were very communicative.

Small but efficient for us two. Great location in Carpinteria. We usually camp at the state beach but opted not to this year. Had everything we needed. Pool and spa were great. Complex was peaceful and other residents and office staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking in gated lot and the spots had plenty of room for our truck and there were bike racks inside the parking lot for locking up our bikes that we took. We only used our vehicle once it was too dark for bike riding, otherwise we biked or walked. Husband fished everyday for several hours while I got to sleep in, relax, watch tv, or walk up the street for shopping. Farmers Market on Thursday was great for buying fresh fruits and veggies and flowers.

We thoroughly enjoyed this sweet town of Carpenteria and Pam and Paul’s place was a wonderful place to enjoy it. The beds were very comfortable and was accurate in the pictures. We didn’t have a car and thoroughly enjoyed walking the town, beach area and salt marsh. Very quaint and picturesque setting. We loved seeing the Amtrak California Surfliner train and platform for people to board. On another visit we hope to explore more of the coast via the train as it snugs the coastline. There are multiple stops during the day and seems a fun way to do day trips elsewhere when having more time. Thanks for a great stay!

Our family had a wonderful time at this space. The unit was comfortable, spacious and very well stocked. We enjoyed the short hike along the bluffs to watch dolphins and seals. We spent hours on the wonderful beach steps away. The comfortable heated pool and hot tub were a great way to end the day. We would love to return one day.

My family and I took a birthday vacation trip to Santa Barbara for my daughter. We stumble upon Carpenteria, with the condo, being i kept searching for a larger place to stay at a reasonable price. The location was perfect, it next to the beach, the small town with the strip of shopping and eateries and breweries, was not expected. The drive to SB, was not too bad, just a mere 20 min drive, we were able to spend the day out at SB and comfortably drive back to our place of stay. Vacasa was fast with responses, when needing to communicate. Thank you.

We enjoyed our week stay at Frank's place. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect! Easy access to the beach and walkable to many great restaurants. We walked to the nearby Amtrak train station to take a quick 15 minute ride to Santa Barbara. Frank provides beach chairs, umbrella, table, cooler, ect for a relaxing day at the beach. Frank was a great host.

This is a fantastic location. We “day camped” with friends who were staying in the state park. The apartment was located a walkable distance to the campgrounds. The apartment was exactly as described on the website. Well appointed and included all of the listed amenities. We had a small snafu at check in, but Chris (host) was easy to reach and more than helpful. He was very interested in me having the best experience. We’ll definitely be back!
