Great place, great location, walking distance to the beach. Multiple, good food options within walking distance as well. Place was very clean and binder was very clear on all expectations and rules.

The Upstairs Unit 201 was a fabulous studio space! We were in town for a ranch wedding in Santa Ynez and spend 2 wonderful days in town. It has a beautiful interior design and well appointed with all we needed. We also enjoyed shopping in the local shops, dinner in town as well as a visit to Solvang as well. We would absolutely return for another visit. Thank you so much!

The location was beautiful in the middle of Summerland overlooking the beach. Beach was a short walk. Everything we needed was there. Loved sitting out on the balcony. Julia is a fabulous host and was so accommodating. Would stay here again for sure.

Paul’s place was great for us on our 10 day road trip. The place is clean and quiet. We loved the area. We will look Paul up next time we are in the area.

The apartment was wonderful. The space was nice, comfortably furnished, clean, newly remodeled, and well-supplied. There were a lot of thoughtful little extras that were appreciated. I was a little concerned about noise because the unit was in a row of attached units but they were well soundproofed and we didn't hear a thing from either side or from outside. The communication was excellent and the directions and check-in made everything easy. The only thing I might let people know about is that there is one parking space and it is about thirty yards (I'm guessing) from the unit so this might be a pain if you've got a lot to bring inside or if it's raining. There is additional parking on the street about a short block away. The location is near Cottage Hospital and about a mile and half from the courthouse downtown. It is easy to drive anywhere in Santa Barbara from here. There are also restaurants, bars and coffee shops within a half mile. We will definitely stay here again.

Location, location, location! You are located between 101 exits so no matter which direction you want to go you are quickly on the freeway. Or, if don’t mind a mile walk along the beach, you can walk to State St and all the restaurants. It was so convenient!

Angela’s place was superb. Super comfortable and well equipped. Perfect location, a short walk to the beach. Angela was friendly, efficient and very helpful. I highly recommend her place and will hopefully stay there again.

Heather was a great host. I stayed for close to three months so I really got to know the area and any time I had any queries with Heather. She got right back to me and resolved any questions I had. She’s flexible with pets, which is really helpful since a lot of places don’t take pets Yeah, great day awesome hosts. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

We had a wonderful time at Carolyn and Maurice’s apartment! We had an early flight and were already in town waiting on our 3 o’clock check in when she let us know it was all ready for us, which was a relief because we needed to rest. Just after getting in we were surprised with fresh baked cookies that were delicious! That place was nice and clean and had everything you could need. I walked to the beach morning and night and it was quick and easy. I was very glad to see a first aid kit and beach towels since we had forgotten towels and bandaids. Ventura was home so we were in town visiting family and the place even had Tupperware so I was prepared to snatch my great aunt’s leftovers to enjoy at the apartment later. We were lucky enough to meet both Carolyn and Maurice in the driveway and chat for a bit. The couple times I needed anything Carolyn was quick to respond anywhere from 30 secs to 20 mins on messaging and they were just a minute away upstairs. Great place & hosts! 5 star

This place is a hidden gem in Santa Barbara. Beautiful neighborhood, home has great outdoor and indoor space. I felt right at home. Host was extremely responsive and helpful. Would choose to stay here next time over other places.

Clean, quiet, convenient and private, our stay worked out great for us since we were close to our family and that was essential. We both slept great, and we actually figured out how to use the TV! I loved seeing Elvira’s beautiful vegetable and flower garden out front, and having all the lighting really helped us find out way home at night. I would definitely come back.

I loved my stay here! My friends and I had a perfect weekend get away! Very close to the downtown area and they gave awesome food recs. The view from the patio cannot be beat on a clear day. The furniture was awesome as well. My friends and I slept so well, it was maybe one of the best beds that I've slept on in a long time. Close driving distance to the beach, was a very seamless experience.

Had a great time! Geoff and Annika were great hosts. The sauna was so nice after a long hike. The place was clean, peaceful private, and easy to get to. Easy check in and out.

We had such an amazing time at Carla's place! The place was exactly how it was listed and super clean and organized. The overall atmosphere of this place was so cozy and cute, and exactly what we needed. Loved how close it was to Downtown SB as well, and Carla also provided a lot of recommendations for things to do and eat. Only slightly negative thing was that they did use bleach to clean the main room before our stay, and while they did tell us about it and tried their best to air out the room before our stay, the smell was unfortunately really strong and we had to continue airing out the room and the floors always felt a bit damp after. Other than that though, our stay was amazing and relaxing, and we'd love to come back here again!

Would definitely stay again! 5 minute stroll to beach, lots of parking, great amenities and patio. Short drive to downtown or airport. 15 minutes. Very comfortable!

Absolutely loved our stay! The place is as beautiful as the pictures and we loved being able to walk to the main drag with tons of restaurants and coffee shops in Montecito, as well as Butterfly beach. We enjoyed relaxing at the house and kept the windows/doors open in the afternoon for the fresh ocean breeze and enjoyed cooking dinner at the house one of the nights. The jacuzzi was lovely.

Charming unit and a short walk to Linden Ave. A few hundred yards to beach entrance. Host was very responsive. We will come again.

This might be my new favorite vacation spot. Carpinteria is such a wonderful little town! Staying in this condo was a joy. It was just a few yards to the beach. The pool and hot tub were great, and all the other residents were very friendly! The condo had everything we needed and was totally ship shape. Dave was flexible when I needed to amend my booking, too. Highly recommend.

Roman was a great host. He was attentive to messages and ensured our stay was comfortable and well-stocked. The condo was clean, the bed was comfy, and everything was in working order. Renting from the property management on-site was out of my price range, but catching Roman's deal on Airbnb made staying affordable. Thank you, Roman!
