When you stay with Fulvia you feel like you are a long lost relative coming for a visit! The surroundings are calming and picturesque and the home has a wonderful history as a restaurant. The house is very warm and inviting and spacious but maybe not good for those who crave minimalism. The AC works well and although there is no pool, the hot tub became a nice cool soak at night. She gave us a cooking class which was a wonderful experience and she arranged the menu around our likes and dislikes. She also had great recommendations for towns to visit and places to eat and also organized a wine tour close by. She and her family live on the ground floor, but it still feels private in the outdoor areas. We stayed there after a few days in Florence on our way to Rome and it was half way in between, so it was great location to visit towns on the way in and on the way out.

For our family vacation, three couples and a 1-year old, the place was perfect. The ability to spend the heat of the day in the huge pool or inside the refreshing lodging made the stay excellent. The place is close to groceries, pharmaceuticals, restaurants, local sites, cities, etc. Ken was always responsive to whatever issue we brought up and his quick replies were greatly appreciated.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in un appartamento davvero eccezionale. Fin dall’ingresso, l’atmosfera è accogliente e curata nei minimi dettagli. L’arredamento moderno si fonde perfettamente con tocchi di design elegante, creando un ambiente confortevole e rilassante. La pulizia è impeccabile, e la cucina è completamente attrezzata con elettrodomestici di alta qualità, perfetta per chi ama cucinare anche in vacanza. Le camere sono spaziose, con letti comodi che garantiscono un sonno ristoratore. Anche il bagno è moderno e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari, con una doccia spaziosa e asciugamani morbidi. Uno dei punti di forza è la posizione: l’appartamento si trova in una zona tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo vicina ai principali punti d’interesse, con supermercati, ristoranti e trasporti pubblici facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Il proprietario si è dimostrato estremamente disponibile, pronto a rispondere a ogni nostra richiesta e a fornire consigli utili sulla zona.

An incredible home, beautifully designed and restored. Rob and Illonka were both friendly, fun, and very caring for us. They came to help us when we had car trouble and always gave us fantastic recommendations for everything from parking lots to wonderful restaurants. The property is beautiful and so peaceful. There are plenty of towns and cities close by to visit, our favorites being Assisi, Gubbio, and Perugia. A car is a must, and this home has cylindrical stairs, so not good for anyone wobbly on their feet.

The place was as beautiful as it was in the pictures. It was very clean and put together. Kaila was extremely responsive and helpful in finding the location after dark, providing instructions on services, and proactively booking activities. We hope that the unit we stayed in gets better lighting in the dining area and the wireless network speed is improved, as the weather is getting worse and movie nights will become more frequent.

We had a lovely stay in Bolsena. The house is in a great location with excellent views from the multiple balconies and roof terrace. It was very clean and check-in/check-out experience was very simple. Communication with Oystein was very good and plenty of useful information provided. Would highly recommend staying here!

Very nice and classic villa. Great for big family or group of friends who want to spend time together and also have privacy. The yard is amazing. The hot tub is great for cold days. The location is in the middle of the hills wineries which is beautiful but do take in mind every ride to any town is at least 20-30 minutes down and up the hills.

This was, without a doubt, one of the best experiences in an Air BnB we have ever had. The location is indescribably beautiful with sunrises and sunsets which can be enjoyed from your 100% private pool. The entire building is yours and had everything you could possibly want. There is nobody else around and yet a stunning Italian walled town is within walking distance for all amenities. Federica is a fantastic host who was there for check in and then gives you the run of the villa. Could not recommend more, thank you so much Federica.

Consiglio a tutti di soggiornare qui. Casa bellissima con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. La Signora è stata super gentile, ci ha fatto trovare acqua e latte in frigo e una super torta fatta da lei per colazione. Pulizia a livelli top. La zona è molto tranquilla, vicino ci sono supermercati, bar, farmacie. Facile raggiungere il centro di Perugia in macchina. Ci siamo trovati benissimo come se fossimo a casa. Dovessimo ritornare a Perugia non avrei dubbi: ritornerei sicuramente qui.

Bell'agriturismo in una posizione tranquilla e molto comoda per raggiungere facilmente i punti di interesse della zona, abbiamo girato per la Val D'Orcia soggiornando qui e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene, come a casa. Paolo e la sua compagna gentilissimi, super disponibili e sempre al lavoro per garantire il massimo ordine e pulizia della struttura. Consigliatissimo.

While looking for a place to stay it’s often difficult to choose. If we had known how fabulous this place was it would have been a no brainer! We all agreed that this is the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in on all of our travels. Massimiliano was a delight and so personable. He made excellent suggestions one being having a cooking lesson. If you have a chance ask for Francesca! The BEST! One last thing…we left with amazing recommendations for the next part of our trip. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! L'appartamento di Nicole è una piccola perla incastonata nella meravigliosa cornice della porta di ingresso a Montepulciano. Adiacente all'inizio del caratteristico Corso, in cui si affacciano tutti i locali che si possono ammirare comodamente a piedi, inoltrandosi, in una piacevole passeggiata fino a raggiungere i numerosi scorci panoramici sulle estese terre senesi. L'alloggio riporta all'infanzia, di chi come me, aveva il privilegio di raggiungere i nonni in paese e di passare giornate indimenticabili, circondati da mobili accoglienti, tendine ricamate e tanto tanto buon profumo ☺️ Grazie ancora Nicole e mi raccomando continua a fare questo, offrire un ricordo di vita del passato e non una fugace fuga dal presente🤗❤️

We spent a glorious and relaxing week at Sarchianello and could not recommend it more. The location was perfect for day trips to local places like Siena and Montalcino, and it was the ideal place to return to for an evening of eating and drinking. Esperienza impeccabile, appartamento molto bello, pulito e curato. Bellissima la terrazza con vasca idromassaggio dalla quale godere di uno splendido tramonto. Emanuele poi si è dimostrato super reattivo, gentile e disponibile (per dirme una: ci ha anche aiutati a trasportare la spesa dal parcheggio fino all'appartamento, è stato come incontrare un amico di sempre). Consigliatissimo, speriamo si rivederci presto in futuro

Fantastica la villa ristrutturata con molto gusto e inaspettata la sorpresa della piscina che é stata gentilmente aperta per il caldo eccezionale di aprile. We loved this place. The grandmother welcomed us and she was such a nice lady! There is a lot of space for the kids to play and the view from the swimming pool with the sunsets is amazing! It’s an ideal place to visit some villages in the neighborhood during the day and to relax at the end of the day at the pool. We would love to come back a bit longer!
