Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Monte Testaccio

Me and Steffen appreciated lovely days in Lusovica’s apartment. Really nice apartment. Thanks for the wine, beer and snacks. We really appreciated the descriptions of restaurants, busses, trains and other possibilities. We have enjoyed our holiday in Ostia, with all the possibilities of the city. We also had a great day in Rome. A special thanks to Ludovica’s father who picked us up at the car hire and drove us back to Fiumicino and made us feel welcome in the apartment and in Ostia.

Andrea&Fabrizio have been amazingly helpful and kind!The apartment looked stunning and the location was brilliant!! Close to local Deli(which is out of this world),plenty of other great boutiques, tourist attractions and more. Great spot for those who love food, great wine, shopping, shopping and shopping! The stay was excellent The room was clean and well organized, exactly as in the photos. The location is great, the host was extremely attentive and helpful throughout the stay. I would definitely come back.

Paolo is a great host! Our party arrived at different times and he made sure we all got in to the apartment without issues. The apartment itself is exactly as described and in a great location, within a 5 to 10 minute walk to Trastevere, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, Campo Fiori, and many other sites, and within a 20 minute walk to the Vatican, Spanish Steps, and Colosseum area. Being so centrally located we were able to walk practicality everywhere we wanted to go. Great location and great host.

This was a great and cozy space in the center of it all! Was easy to get to and well decorated with everything you need! Would recommend!

Very nice airbnb, spacious and clean, with everything you need to live comfortably. Train, tram, and bus stations all at walkable distance. There were also restaurants and markets near. Denis was very kind and very quick to respond to any messages. Overall, really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend!

The apartment is conveniently located in downtown Rome, surrounded by a variety of restaurants and coffee shops. It is also near transportation services, including a tram and a cab station. The apartment is thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials needed for a short stay. Malko was incredibly responsive and always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations.

The apartment was exactly as in the photo, clean and close to the bus stop that takes you to the centre. Mario is super helpful!

Francesca's house is very human, with lots of interesting little things on the bookshelf, like a little museum.We were made to feel at home with wine and snacks upon check-in.The location of the house is also very good, there is a grocery store downstairs, it is very convenient to buy water and snacks, and there are two restaurants with high Google Maps scores, the taste is superb!After checking in, Francesca took the initiative to ask if we were staying well. We said that the weather was a little hot, but the room did not have air conditioning, only the living room had air conditioning, which bothered us a little, and she immediately sent an electric fan.Thank you Francesca for giving us a great experience!

We had a remarkable stay, a quiet green corner, far from the tumult, perfect after a day of criss-crossing the streets and monuments of Rome. The villa is spacious and comfortable, the pool is a haven of relaxation. Regarding the villa, nothing is missing, the layout has been thought out and the kitchen has all the everyday objects to prepare a good meal. Each request is taken into account quickly by the owners so that you can benefit from the best conditions during your stay. It is obvious that our next visit to this beautiful city of Rome will pass through this rental.

Livios place was a lovely private destination perfect for our family. We were visiting the area for a wedding, and we felt very welcome. The pool was a great way to spend time together and we also had BBQ’s. It is important to have a car - we explored the lake, visiting all of the towns. We had an issue with wifi being in the countryside and also the TV, however Livio was very responsive in attending to this. If we come back to Bracciano area, we will definitely be re-booking with Livio

I cannot recommend this Iris and her airbnb enough! The place was beautiful, clean, and had everything you could possibly think of. This was our favorite place to stay out of the few airbnbs we did on the trip and if I could do it all over again I would choose Iris' airbnb for the entire trip. She was also super responsive, helpful, and gave clear instructions with the self check in. Great host! Great place!

One of the best of the many Airbnbs I've stayed in. We could really feel that we were staying in someone's real family home, and Sabina took real care in making us feel at home, even leaving us champagne, fruit, bread and local sweets -- really above and beyond. We were 4 adults and 2 toddlers and loved our stay (and wish we could have stayed longer). Very charming neighborhood outside the main stressy area of central Rome!

This is the best place to stay in at Rome. The location is more than perfect. The apartment was very clean, and it was so comfy, like you are in your own home. The host was very helpful and friendly. I recommend for sure!!!

Lots of good things to say about this place. It’s about 5 min walk to the Colosseum, with several good restaurants in the area and amenities. And it’s well connected to other parts of the city. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the apartment was bigger than I expected. Stefano and Francesca were great hosts, always responsive and super helpful - gave us recommendations and were quick to help us whenever we needed. They also surprised us with a lovely bottle of wine for my husband’s birthday. I would certainly go back for our next visit to Rome.

Very nice accommodation, very spacious and clean. Alessio allowed us an early check-in that we really appreciate. A little away from the points of interest but the bus stop is very close and quick to get there. The neighborhood is very peaceful and beautiful.

One of the best Airbnb experiences we've had. a beautiful clean gorgeous apartment that had absolutely everything we needed. Communication was outstanding,we were met at the accommodation and shown everything. The street is equally quiet but with a lovely Roman atmosphere. We will absolutely be booking again when we return to Rome!!

We were in the month of June 2025. We were very well received by the host, who even offered to receive us in person outside check-in hours, even with our flight delay. Carmela gave us information and guidance about the property and the city and promptly answered our questions. Fully satisfied. We recommend it.

Martin was a great host. The place is situated in a fantastic area and attractions are very easy to get to. Would stay here again!
