Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Monte San Pietro

The three of us spent an extended weekend here. Absolutely perfect location. The apartment is located in the city center, 2 minutes from Piazza Maggiore. We have received very good recommendations, especially the ice cream at the Cremeria Santo Stefano, which we particularly liked. Upon arrival, we were greeted, and even received a bottle of water as a gift. We felt comfortable right away, as everything was clean and well maintained. It even had a small supply of coffee. We can only recommend it.

it was great.. feel really at home, wheelchair friendly.. very large and cool.. nice outside breakfast at small raffle. other residents are really sweet.. close to parma and bologna... really super top.. thank you Nadia♡☆☆☆☆☆☆

Magnificent apartment, the location is quiet but close to everything you need, a five-minute walk from the cathedral and less than 10 minutes from the free parking, attention to all details, very clean and equipped with all the services for an optimal stay and perfectly isolated from noise, the owner was kind enough to leave supplies (dishwasher, detergent, toilet paper, etc.) for the entire stay, I have been a month and would return without a doubt, thank you Gianluca

We stayed 6 nights at Ivan’s place and it was perfect! Ivan was always very quick to respond to any questions we had. There is plenty of room, great air conditioning, a washer and dryer. There is absolutely no neighborhood noise unless you choose to open the windows. You are right in the heart of restaurants, bars and shops near Piazza Maggiore. We loved our stay here and would definitely choose it again the next time we are in Bologna!

We stayed here for 4 nights and loved Federica’s place. We were able to cook meals, do laundry, and re-charge for the next adventure. Very easy to explore Pistoia from here. If you bring a rental car just know that you’ll have to park in a public lot. We parked in a free lot that was a 10 minute walk away. Highly recommend!

Great apartment, super central and lovely interiors. Walkable to everything and in the thick of it but felt very secure and quiet at night. Sara&Gabriele were very responsive and let us leave our luggage early and late as we were only there one night - also gave local recos. Thank you!

We thank Gaia for her kindness and helpfulness. The place was practical and comfortable, clean and had everything you need. We have been given 2 sets of keys so that we can be autonomous when traveling. The area is very quiet both day and night, within walking distance of the center and had all the amenities nearby.

This house was amazing, we brought our 3 dogs along and had the best time. An extremely private garden and pool with lots of games. She provided all bbq equipment, portable speaker, TVs loads of towels everything you’d need. Dorella was a fantastic host and it’s a really lovely comfortable home. The pool is the big selling point and it didn’t disappoint

The stay in Francesca's home was great. Quiet location and the house was very comfortable. The bathroom was very pleasant and the shower was very nice (unfortunately, you also encounter cramped shower rooms). Francesca was a fantastic host. In particular, a few more sentences about Francesca. What a lovely host. Upon arrival, a friendly welcome with homemade cookies, fruit and local liqueur. During the stay, super quick response to messages when I asked for local tips and on departure there was a bottle of homemade olive oil ready to take with me. In short, hospitality at a high level.

My family and I stayed at Silvia’s place and had the best time. Silvia was very helpful with recommendations and quickly responded to all our questions from the moment we booked her place. If you love being in the mountains, you will absolutely fall in love with the breathtaking scenery. Her home was so beautiful and peaceful.

Paolo's place is absolutely magical. Nestled in the heart of the mountains, it offers an immersive experience of authentic Tuscan living. I was fortunate enough to be invited to participate in olive picking for a charity event, which concluded with an incredible barbecue organized by Paolo. Grazie mille, and arrivederci!

Marco and Pia are amazing hosts! Their home is very well done and very comfortable! We had everything we needed! Walking distance to the train, which was convenient for us!!

Great apartment! The host was very helpful. The apartment was complete with everything I needed. I was able to go to the fresh market and make a nice meal from scratch in the kitchen. It was clean and cozy. I would definitely recommend it!

Very nice apartment. We had a great time because the house is comfortable, spacious and bright. There is also plenty of space in the various furniture, especially in the bedroom. Quite spacious and clean fridge. Great internet connection. Great location with the supermarket and pharmacy below the house and in any case not far from the center and the station. Area served by many public transport. The building is large but quiet and has 2 elevators. The only advice is to equip the apartment with a vacuum cleaner to facilitate cleaning because with the sole broom or the dusting cloth you can't clean well especially in the most difficult places. Clean and plentiful sheets, towels, and blankets. Great washing machine

Mario, Susanna, and Emanuele were fabulous hosts! They were responsive and helpful. They kindly met us outside of the building and showed us around the property. Knowing we had young children they so thoughtfully left us ice cream treats in the freezer! There was also a lovely assortment of items in the fridge and a nice fruit tray on the table, which we really appreciated after a day of travel. The apartment was exactly as pictured and had a nice screened in balcony which we used to quickly dry our laundry. The neighborhood was quiet but close to the main road with grocery stores within walking distance. Our kids also enjoyed the playground and grassy area to play soccer (Emanuele even offered to bring us one of his soccer balls if we needed). It’s only a 25 minute walk from the historic center of Bologna and 20 minutes walk from the train station. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Very nice, spacious apartment, very well equipped and well located for city explorations. Best ice cream shop in town just a few minutes away. And the highlight is the balcony, where you can enjoy a coffee in the sun in the morning.

I cannot say enough great things about Damiana and her lovely home! She could not have been more responsive and helpful throughout the stay. Her place was a perfect home base for our Bologna vacation - great location with lots of locale flair and close enough to all the great touristic sites you’ll want to visit in Bologna. Would definitely book again!

Lovely accommodation very close to the centre of Bologna, yet quiet in the evenings. Apartment was clean and spacious with all the facilities required for a week’s stay. Silvia was very helpful.

A superb base in the heart of Formigine. Spotlessly clean, spacious, high ceilings and tonnes of light. Incredibly convenient for exploring the area (easy walk to the station, you’re in the centre of Modena in under half an hour), and close to the shops and the centre of Formigine. Grateful for the cot for our little one and the washing machine. Balcony such a bonus, lovely spot for morning coffee. Such a gem- we will be back!
