Posizione ottimale in campagna ma non isolata, a pochi km dalle zone di interesse turistico, a 10 Km dalla città di Modena e a 10 km dalla uscita dell’autostrada Modena sud. A 1,5 km si trova Il parco archeologico della Terramara.

Room with private bathroom - Downtown Bologna

The bedroom is new and has a private bathroom for exclusive use, with an entrance from inside the room. The room has air conditioning and radiators. The entrance to the room is independent and with an armored door. The breakfast area is shared with only one other room. The apartment is in the center, but it is not in the ZTL and is a few minutes' walk from all the main areas: train station, University, Bologna Fiera, Piazza Maggiore, the Two Towers, Piazza del Nettuno.

Double Room

Nice and very well-kept apartment, located in a quiet neighborhood immersed in greenery, convenient to the ring road and well served by public transport. There is always free condominium parking and protected by the gate. The bathroom is only shared with the owner, the only tenant. Breakfast is offered, but the kitchen is not available for guests. The tourist tax (equal to €5.80 per person for each night) is excluded from the price, which must be paid upon arrival.

The residence of the Codirosso B&B: timeless soul-Tuscany

“La dimora del Codirosso” is my historic family home in which I rent a part to those who travel or seek rest, rediscovering the atmosphere of the past. The house is hidden in a small medieval village in the Norther Tuscany, Brucciano, among the tranquility of the woods and mountains of Garfagnana's area. On request I’ll be happy to prepare for you a delicious Italian breakfast or other meals but, remember, these service are not included in the price.

B&B La casa del Musicista is a nice attic, very close to the center, the FS station and the Ferrari museum, a large bedroom that accommodates up to 3 people. Bathroom, dining room with kitchenette where you can have breakfast on your own, serve a good coffee, use the appliances. Dishes, crockery, kitchen linens, and bath linens are available. Accommodation tax €2 per day per person. Street parking with disc time. On the adjacent streets for a fee.
