Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Monte San Pietro

Lucrezia is a great person and she welcomed us at the entrance. We had a pleasant and peaceful stay. The only thing I would highlight is to be careful of any consumables as most of the stuffs expired many years ago and she still kept it, I don’t know for what reasons.

We had a wonderful stay at Piero’s villa! Quiet, coz, beautiful surroundings ! It was exactly what we needed after the hustle and bustle of Rome and Florence. Piero is an excellent host. He went above and beyond to help us. He drove us to the market and to train station on the day of a holiday when transportation was scarce. I would highly recommend this gem!

An extremely recommended place to stay for those who love the real Italy. Extremely likeable, helpful hosts, authentic, large house, exemplary cleanliness, central location in the Po level (however: car highly recommended!!!), plenty of space for up to 8 people, family-friendly large, superbly equipped kitchen, pet friendly. Fantastic! Had a great time!

Montefegatesi is a dream of a small, tranquil village in the mountains of Tuscany. Even if the journey by car is demanding, the journey is definitely worth it. Incredibly beautiful surroundings, particularly in the fall. Letitia's accommodation is ideally suited to find peace and balance in a fantastic landscape. The accommodation offers everything you need and for meals, there is the small grocery store in the immediate vicinity in Montefegatesi. We can recommend Letitia's accommodation to anyone who wants to treat themselves to a relaxing, quiet break and at the same time have a starting point to explore the beautiful landscape of northern Tuscany. We felt at home and had a great time - thanks Letitia!

A very large, clean, and comfortable home. Monia was very accommodating and very communicative. The house is large and we felt right at home immediately. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely place and host !

The apartment was lovely. Clean and very centrally located. My only problem was that the internet in Ferrara didn't work on the day of arrival and I didn't write down the address. Fortunately, I remembered the name of the street. Taxi driver was very kind and helped me and the neighbors to use their wifi, so I could check the address. Unfortunately, the number of the house is not in the address. It would have to be improved. And the place doesn't have wifi, which might have to be mentioned much more clearly... I would still love to come back, with a bit more data.

We stayed for two months in Nadia's apartment and had a very nice time. The apartment was very clean and all basic things were in place. Nice to have two enclosed little yards where we could let our little dog out. The neighbors we met were very friendly and the property is kept in good condition. The village of Cavriago is peaceful and quiet and there are a few restaurants and smaller shops. Within 200 meters was a rather large Conad supermarket, a pharmacy and a cosy family restaurant. We can definitely recommend the apartment and Nadia as a host.

The property exceeded our expectations . A clean and quiet apartment with a fantastic terrace area to sit outside. The location was perfect for us as it is only a 10 to 15 minute walk from the centre of town. There are a number of great local cafes on the walk to the centre and truly amazing architecture on the way. Roberta was always responsive with any enquiries we had and check in went very smoothly. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Bologna!

Very well located apartment for quick access to the train station and the city center, comfortable, very quiet, extremely clean and perfectly equipped. Franca very cordially welcomed us and took the time to give us advice ( restaurants, shops, visits). Thank you for everything.

What stood out was his thoughtful hospitality. He provided water, juice, fresh fruits, bread, jam, butter, and both Italian and American-style coffee, which made us feel truly pampered. The accommodation was cozy and inviting, with Asian-style fans, paintings, and antique plates, making it feel like a local’s home rather than a hotel. Despite my sensitivity to noise, it was surprisingly quiet once the windows were closed. Mr. Aldo assured me he would handle any noise issues, which gave me peace of mind. If I visit Bologna again next year, I’d definitely stay here again. The warm hospitality made it feel like I was experiencing the local way of life. Apartment as described, stocked with all the essentials. Convenient area for visiting the historic center as well as very close to all the essential services. Josefina was immediately very kind in meeting our needs. We had a great stay.

We stayed for a weekend at Daniele's place. The house is small but equipped with everything you need, super warm, which in winter is a fundamental aspect especially if you travel like us with children. Daniele is a very nice host, he immediately gave us clear directions to the apartment so it was very easy to get there. The house is very clean and with a wonderful view. We had a great time. If possible, we will definitely be back!

Very nice and clean house. Good location. Very well equipped and equipped with everything you need, toilet paper, soap, even coffee sugar and everything you need. Unique parking is not easy to find and the noise of the building, a little annoying given the ground floor. Overall recommended.
