Spread over two floors, it can accommodate up to four people, with a double bed, which can be separated into two singles, and a sofa bed. There is free public parking in front of the house and in all the surrounding streets.

There are 7 bathrooms. The villa has a tennis and a pool which is however closed in winter. It is located at 5 mn from the city center of Fano. Thank you ! On a side section of the villa, the appartement of the house manager who however ensures highest privacy of guests.
