Country slow living at its best combined with outstanding hospitality. Our vacation started right after we entered the apartment which was exactly as described and cleaned to perfection. We immediately got recommendations on possible activities in the region and were actively supported during support with any request we had. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for some relaxation in a peaceful environment.

Wir hatten eine richtig schöne Woche in der Villa Mammi. Das Gelände ist riesig und einfach perfekt, um mit Freunden Zeit zu verbringen – ob am Pool, beim Essen oder einfach nur zum Runterkommen. Die Gastgeber waren super sympathisch und immer zuverlässig erreichbar, wenn mal was war. Alles war sauber und liebevoll hergerichtet. Man merkt, dass sie sich wirklich Mühe geben. Wir haben uns mega wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Das Haus ist sehr schön und rhuig gelegen, in einem sehr guten Zustand und top eingerichtet. Man braucht unbedingt ein Auto da Geschäfte, Restaurants und Cafes etwas weiter weg sind. Trotz gemischten Wetterbedingungen hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die schönen Tage waren wir Wandern, Fahrradfahren in der Maremma oder baden am Meer. Das naheliegende Daniel Spöri-Museum ist auch sehr empfehlenswert. Bei Regen haben wir in der gut ausgestatteten Küche ausgiebig gekocht und bei Kaminfeuer die gute DVD Musik- und Film-Auswahl genossen. Rundum für uns (5) ein perfekter Kurzurlaub.

This was the finest AirBNB home that we've ever stayed in. Every room was immaculate, the views were incredible (private and among vineyards, you can see for miles), every appliance and fixture seemed new. Everything was anticipated to make the stay perfect.....a refrigerator, bathroom and shower at the beautiful pool, pool towels in each bedroom, etc. As soon as you walk into this house, you are going to go "wow", and for good reason. Francesca came and cooked us a delicious local dinner and did some light grocery shopping for us.....all for an unreasonably LOW fee. We had another chef team come in on another night. We also visited a local winery where we had a fantastic, private wine tasting tour and lunch (Tenuta Vitalonga) and followed that up with touring Orvieto and having dinner at a very unique restaurant (Le Grotte del Funaro). Make sure you have a car or are using a bus/limo service for your transportation, nothing is walkable from this beautiful private house.

We’ve traveled frequently using sites like AirBNB. This was by far our favorite First the grounds-wow. Gorgeous, peaceful, beautifully maintained. Multiple places to lounge in sun or shade at the pool and on the covered veranda. Lots of great outdoor game sets available-bocci ball & badminton. The house was spotless. Large rooms, beautifully furnished. Loved the massive eat in kitchen. Had every amenity you could imagine-even power adapters. Beds were firm & comfortable. Bathrooms were modern, clean & had plenty of hot water. The pool table was fun to use on a rainy afternoon. Location was quiet and serene, and perfectly positioned for visiting many of the hill towns. We tried 2 local restaurants recommended by Lavinia and both were very good. Lavinia was warm & welcoming and always very responsive. She and her son met us, gave us the tour, and offered many suggestions. She was wonderfully kind to our parents and made us feel at home. Would stay again in a heartbeat

Janet and Nicholas are exceptional hosts :) responsive and very kind, it was a pleasure to communicate with both of them. I must also add their property management company is fantastic, we had the pleasure of meeting 2 lovely gentlemen. Top service from everyone. Thank you :)) The day we arrived my first thought was ~ what an immaculate property! The outside has such stunning views of Todi and the surrounding hills, the pool and gardens are truly beautiful, you can tell everything was done with such thought and care. The gorgeous kitchen and outside wood burning grill were our favorite part! Evenings with the sun setting were truly special. Their home is exceptional. We will treasure our week long stay :)

Das Haus ist schön und sehr gross. Es liegt etwas ausserhalb von Buonconvento und bietet absolute Privatsphäre. Ein Auto ist von Vorteil. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig, es gibt Mückennetze über allen Betten und genügend Badezimmer und WCs für alle. Generell ist das Haus sehr gut ausgestattet, sowohl in der Küche als auch sonst. Der Pool ist etwas erhöht, schön, gross, mit natürlichem Schatten rundherum und bietet eine herrliche Aussicht auf die umliegende Landschaft. Im riesigen Garten kann man Essen, Verweilen, Spielen... Es gibt sogar einen kleinen Basketball-Court. Aber Achtung: Gleich nebenan gibt es wilde Brombeeren und der Ball kann verloren gehen :) In Buonconvento gibt es einen Coop, eine feine Gelateria und eine gutes Caffé mit den berühmten und feinen Produkten von Le Dolcezze di Nanni. Für eine gute Pizza lohnt sich die Fahrt ins Restaurant Mulinum etwas ausserhalb, sie haben eine eigene Mühle und verarbeiten ihr eigenes Getreide. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen.

Andrea's property tucked into the beautiful hills on the Umbria countryside was truly incredible. The property had every amenity and many areas to soak up the sun and the views. It was probably the best BBQ view I've ever seen. The property was a bit further than we thought it was initially and you definitely need a car to get up the steep roads, but the quality of the host and the home made our stay unforgettable. Our stay at Villa Nobile was exceptional. The villa provided the perfect balance of privacy, surrounded by olive trees and vineyards, while offering the comforts and services of a resort. From the seamless transfer arrangements coordinated by Mario to the attentive staff who ensured every detail was taken care of, the hospitality was outstanding. The wine tasting upon arrival was a wonderful introduction to the region, and the fresh, thoughtfully prepared breakfasts each morning were a delight. Having dinners prepared for us and placed in the refrigerator after days spent exploring the town and local wineries was an added convenience we truly appreciated. The breathtaking sunrises and sunsets made our time here even more memorable. We are grateful for such a wonderful experience and look forward to returning.

Das Haus war ein Traum! Maurizio hat uns beim Check-in alles erklärt und wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Einrichtung ist typisch toskanisch, wunderschön und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Den Gasgrill haben wir gleich genutzt und die Entspannung in der Sauna und auch im Thermalbecken genossen. Ein ruhiges Plätzchen Erde an den wir definitiv wieder kommen möchten.

The house was great with amazing countryside views. The rooms and common areas were spacious. Our favorite spot was the enclosed patio dining area where we had breakfast every morning overlooking the rolling hills. The hosts were great, very responsive and helpful.. One of the hairdryers was not working but Maurizio got us 2 new ones in no time. He also gave us recommendations for restaurants. Awesome hosts!

We were looking for a villa that had plenty of space for my husband and I with our 3 adult kids and this villa was perfect! We all had our own bedrooms and private bathrooms. The villa was in the idyllic peaceful Tuscan countryside surrounded by rolling hills, wine vineyards and olive trees with distant views of castles. It is absolutely gorgeous! Alessandro, the owner of the villa met us upon check in. The property has been in his family for hundreds if years. He was incredibly kind and generous, leaving an abundant amount of fruit, several bottles of wine from his vineyard and beautiful fresh flowers in every room. He was always available to answer any questions and make recommendations. Anke, the property manager, was excellent and responsive. Promptly answering my questions prior to the trip and proactively giving us wonderful recommendations. Highlights were truffle hunting Il Podere Castle, Umbria Olive oil tour and Banfi Castle wine tasting. Memories to last a lifetime! ❤️

La Vignaccia is wonderful. We were a family of 6 adults plus a baby, and the set up was great for spending time together but also having plenty of space. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking for a large group and the many private spaces were very relaxing. Working remotely was possible with the wifi but not super strong for calls. However there is 5G around the house, so hot spotting from a window worked fine.

What a lovely property and host! Andrea was very friendly and helpful. He gave us a tour of the home and answered any questions we had before leaving us to enjoy the wonderful property. He even sent us restaurant recommendations which turned out to be amazing. The property itself is picturesque and almost felt unreal. My family was in awe and couldn’t stop mentioning how it was the nicest part of our trip (which we stayed in multiple places throughout). It was impeccably clean without a single speck of dust present. The furnishings were all perfectly picked and each added charm to the home. The rooms were cozy and all had wonderful views. We almost didn’t even notice the weather was gloomy the few days we were there because of how much we enjoyed the home itself. I can only imagine when it’s sunny and warm! Thank you for everything Andrea. We definitely plan to come back!

Great place to stay. Excellent communication, went above and being to ensure our stay was exceptional. Deborah even bought a pasta machine for us to use for our evening meal - which was really appreciated. It was a great week.

Notre séjour à Paciano était au delà de nos attentes. Le lieu est parfait, calme et offre une magnifique vue sur la vallée et le lac. La maison est tout équipée, rien à prévoir et nos hôtes étaient super disponibles et de bons conseils (merci pour les recettes). Commodité et commerce à 15 min en voiture. Idéalement placé entre Rome, Florence, Pise et Sienne. Rien à redire, c’était une très bonne surprise, merci à Maria Pia et Dante.

We had an amazing four weeks staying at Bellagatta, using it as a base to explore Tuscany & surrounds, and it met all our expectations and more. Bellagatta is a positioned on a hilltop with stunning 360 degree panoramic views, more beautiful than the photos. The annexe that we stayed in was exceptionally clean and comfortable and well fitted out. Air con was useful on the first few days of our stay which were very hot. The property is well situated, 10 minute drive into Buonconvento (not quite an easy return walk up the hill!) which was convenient for restaurants & shopping. Gaetano was a most delightful host, very welcoming, & always taking interest in which towns we were travelling to and providing useful tips for our visits. His property manager, Susil, was also readily available and looked after us with anything we needed , even providing fresh eggs, vegetables & olive oil from the property. Highly recommended!

Villa Febea is the most magical place, perfect for a large family gathering and celebration. It is gorgeous, comfortable, practical and in a great location. We were given first-class treatment and felt at home and well taken care of. We were given guidance and advice on the planning of our stay over the course of many months, so when we arrived at the villa, everything fell into place perfectly. The owners offer a large selection of services and excursions and can help with just about anything. We had fantastic dinners organized for us at the villa, and we highly recommend the pasta making class followed by dinner, which was one of many highlights. We loved the place, the staff and our whole experience. A holiday and celebration to remember forever!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is conveniently located in the heart of the Valdichiana with easy and clear access to the surrounding towns. The grounds were beautifully landscaped with a combination of olive trees, grapevines, flowers and even herbs like rosemary, basil and mint that we used in our cooking. The rooms were spacious and very private. Our group of 6 were more than comfortably accommodated, each with its own bathroom and AC units that worked well. The two kitchens served us well. We mainly utilized the outside kitchen as the weather throughout our stay was perfect. The kitchens were well stocked with all of the necessary cooking items. There were some items that we needed to purchase at the local supermarket, including shower gel, paper towels, napkins, etc. For a one week stay we would recommend extra towels, especially for the pool. Overall, I would highly recommend La Bacaia as a base to fully enjoy your Tuscan vacation.

We had an amazing time in Francesco's place. The house is wondefull. Spacious, clean and very modern. The garden and surroundings are very beautiful. Francesco is an excellent host. He is responsive and his service is ourstanding. He welcomed us with pizza and wine en he even brought us a box with delicious treats for breakfast every morning. I can recommend Francesco's place for everyone who want to stay in a central location to discover Tuscany and stay in a charming house full of luxury. Couldn't be better.

Barbara’s place was above and beyond our expectations in every way! If you are looking for a place to stay in this general area, don’t hesitate! Barbara was a wonderful host and all the instructions were very clear. The kitchen is very well stocked and we cooked all of our dinners there as we were traveling with a baby. We spent a lot of time hanging out as a family and there was more than enough room for us and both sets of grandparents. The home is very well situated and we loved exploring. There are so many great restaurants in the area. I can’t over state the beauty of the area and the house itself…my family is already dreaming about coming back!

Absolutely beautiful property with spectacular views. Wonderful setting for a relaxing holiday. Minutes from town to have morning cappuccino’s. Must visit the Pomaio winery which is a 10 min drive. Leonardo and Marta were so welcoming and taught us so much about their winery.

We had a wonderful time at this lovely home. 1600’s construction, modern kitchen and baths, comfortable beds and sitting areas, with a pool and view that you will never want to leave. We loved every minute of our stay. Even better than this home is its owner. Reilly was helpful throughout all of our planning. Even finding a last minute driver for my late arriving daughter. His activity and restaurant suggestions were spot on and he was a generous with his time. We hope to return often.
