This place is located very near the beach and has been newly remodeled. Great place to stay and a lot of restaurants nearby.

We found this property by chance and we were already impressed by the photos for the beauty of the rooms but in reality they were even more welcoming and comfortable. Andrea was a really great Host, upon our arrival we arrived and gave us all the necessary information including various useful tips on local places. The property was really comfortable and even more beautiful than the photos, everything completely renovated and having the plus of having breakfast and bathing structure included surely makes the stay even more pleasant. In addition to these great strengths, the centrality of the apartment is really convenient to everything, the supermarket is 2 minutes away, free parking maximum 5 minutes away, in 10 minutes you are on the beach and in 5 in the village center. A really great solution. Highly recommended

A stunning location right on the beach with beautiful views from the terrace. The house was very comfortable and well equipped and we had everything we needed for a very relaxing break. Angelica was very responsive and helpful. We hope to come back again!

We had a lovely stay in this beautiful house which had everything we needed. Sirola is a wonderful town with amazing views, restaurants and beaches. We were able to completely relax and enjoy ourselves.

We had a really pleasant stay in this apartment in Sirolo. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the historic centre, convenient for getting everywhere on foot. The accommodation was clean, well maintained and equipped with everything you need to feel at home. A great added value is the private parking, very convenient in an area where finding a place can be complicated. Silvia was always available and attentive to our needs. Highly recommended!

Leonardo was incredibly quick to respond and helpful. The apartment is beautiful with amazing views of the surrounding area. Although we visited in November I’m sure it would be an amazing summer place when warmer and sunnier. Highly recommend!

The accommodation is exactly as described and as pictured, clean, equipped with everything you need, with parking immediately in front and a beautiful private garden. The beach, pool and restaurant bar are very close and the whole village is very well cared for. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed Marco’s beautiful house! We were really impressed by the house, the outdoor area, the surroundings and the peace and quiet. The swimming pool was amazing! Bigger than the pictures! The house was superclean, so beautiful decorated with rare art and nice furniture! The house and the outdoor area was even better than the pictures! Marco and his wife is super friendly and answers quickly to any questions you may have! Highly recommended place to rent! Would definitely go back! Thank you Marco for being so nice!

Cristina's welcome (Marco's mom) was spotless, the accommodation clean, quite well-equipped (except for the absence of microwave) and the children's playground/pool are great. The accommodation is 2km from the sea, in a quiet atmosphere and a beautiful setting.

Casina is a characteristic and comfortable accommodation in the heart of Porto Recanati. The house is spread across three floors, furnished with care and equipped with all amenities. A few steps from the house, both the promenade with beach establishments and restaurants, and the center of Porto Recanati with all the services at your fingertips. Ideal for those like us who were on vacation with small children: you can move very well on foot and the evening ZTL guarantees tranquility and safety. If you then want to take a tour of the beautiful Marche hinterland (Recanati, Loreto, etc.), everything is easily accessible. Alessandro is a very kind, attentive and always super helpful host: a holiday with bows, we were divinely!

A really nice place, we were able to enjoy our stay very much. The house is quietly located in the countryside and has a great garden that you can enjoy both day and night. We were able to have a lot of fun in the pool and at the same time did not have to worry so much about our child, as the pool edge is nice and high and could not climb or fall alone. The house is tastefully designed and very spacious. It's only a few minutes drive to the nearest beach and there are also many other places to go nearby. Fabio, the manager, and also the owners themselves were very friendly and immediately on hand when we needed help. Thanks! :-)

Our family (ages 3-66) had a wonderful week staying at Giorgio's villa. The villa is even more stunning in real life and we were blown away by the style, cleanliness and location. The pool is amazing. Our kids loved it. The villa is so private which made it even more perfect! Giorgio is a perfect host. We didn't finish at the airport until 9.30pm and then it was an hours drive and Giorgio waited up for us and guided us to the villa. He was incredibly kind and friendly and communication was easy and helpful. We would definitely come back and are so grateful to have experienced an amazing week in Altidona in a beautiful home. Thank you Giorgio for being so helpful with recommendations to cafes/restaurants. See you next year!

The stay met all our expectations . The home is modern - it matches the description and photos from the announcement . Every room has air conditioning. Each room offers a high standard. The kitchen is fully equipped. Very clean home. The girl who takes care of the villa ( Gaia) and the owner are very nice and helpful . They were always available, happy to provide tips on nearby attractions , restaurants, and answer any questions. All in all, it was a real pleasure to stay at this villa. Everything from the interiors, pool and location was top notch. I highly recommend this villa to anyone who dreams of a relaxing holiday in Italy on the Adriatic Sea !

Spacious and functional accommodation. Close to the centre and the train station. Very welcoming host who gave us all the useful information. Great value for money!We'll be happy to go back. The apartment was perfect for our stay, with everything we needed, central yet in a quiet part of town with plenty of great places to eat within a few minutes’ walk. Our host gave us fantastic tips for fish restaurants and places to swim. We weren’t there for a holiday, but it felt like one.

This was a typical fisherman dwelling. It was really pretty, cosy, well looked after and it had all you needed. The location is superb with all the bars and the restaurants just few steps away, also the beach is nearby. The place is perfect for a couple. Manola was a very attentive and very helpful host. We had a lovely time!

We booked Valeria’s place last minute whilst travelling, check in was smooth. There was a beautiful basket of essentials there, stocked with tea and coffee. Valeria’s place was in a good location, washing machine worked well. Very clean and tidy and the beds were extremely comfortable. Communication with Valeria has been the best we’ve had throughout our Italy trip. 10/10

Thanks to the convenient and quiet location we had a pleasant stay. Apart from the comfortable accommodation equipped with all comforts, especially functional, I want to point out the beautiful garden where we spent relaxing hours. The house is in excellent condition since it has been recently renovated; the place is spacious, clean and well-stocked. We were tenants during the Summer Jamboree period and found it convenient as it is located 5 minutes by bike from the main points of interest of the festival and because there are bars, bakeries and a discount for groceries around. The host stood out for kindness and availability, it was a really great stay. Again, thank you so much!
