This apartment has a large bright kitchen with oven, microwave, ceramic stovetop, fridge freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and everything you need to cook small dishes. A bedroom with 3 single beds. A bedroom with a double bed and a baby bed. Bathroom with Italian shower, sink, toilet. A charcoal barbecue is available for good grilled food accompanied, why not, by rosé from the region. Shared washing machine. Closed private parking. Swimming pool, bowling and ping pong, trampoline, space for small children in synthetic grass to share. Check-in and checkout can be done independently, the keys are deposited in a box with a code. Shops are a 2-minute drive away. You can visit Uzès, the first duchy of France, with its traditional Saturday market that extends throughout the city. Visit the Pont du Gard 15 minutes away, go canoeing, climbing, and swim in the Gardon; meet the Potters of Saint Quentin la Poterie and the ceramists of Lussan and their famous Pintades. 30 minutes' drive to Nîmes and Avignon. 1 hour to Montpellier, the Grau du Roi, the beaches, the Camargue. I rent the ground floor of a stone house located in the heart of the village. The house is old but it has been renovated to provide all the comforts necessary for your stay. I accept arrivals and departures every day. I'm available for your questions if needed. I live on the first floor of the house with my partner and our dog (no cohabitation issues). We also have chickens at the bottom of the meadow. Lovers of the countryside, welcome.
