I had a fantastic stay in this apartment, which is in a great location in Port Lympia and is an easy walk from a variety of restaurants and bars in this quarter of Nice. The apartment was clean and well looked after, and is quiet at all times of day. Great transport links to the centre of Nice and also to the airport as the tram stops almost outside the front door of the apartment. I can’t really think of any negatives, it is exactly as was described and as shown in the photos, and I was very happy with my stay here. I hope to come back soon!

We were very well hosted. Our hosts were accommodating and friendly. Listing matched the photos and description. We had a great night. The little bonus was to have two of their feline companions visit! We highly recommend this place.

We had great days at Anthony's place. It is large enough for 4 people, very clean, modern and furnished with a lot of love. The kitchen has everything you need. Salt, pepper, sugar, coffee... and many extras that are not a given for Airbnb accommodations, such as balsamic vinegar, tea, and many spices. There are plenty of supplies of toilet paper, soap, detergent, etc. You can really move in very comfortably and make yourself comfortable. The bedrooms are in the basement - which is very pleasant in summer, as you can sleep very well between the stone walls. Since we travelled with big children, we had no problems with the stairs. There is a child lock for small children. You have 2 options for sitting outside. Very pleasant area, very quiet location. There are 4 parking spaces a few meters from the property. We thank Anthony and Marine for the pleasant stay and can recommend the accommodation without hesitation.
