House holiday rentals in Mont Boron, Nice

We had a wonderful week. We loved the peace and the lovely town of Tourrettes sur Loup. The shops are just a two minute walk from and we really enjoyed the little shops, the bakeries and the nice restaurants.

Our stay was fantastic! Aurelie was responsive and proactive! It has been a real treat!

Excellent location, the house was as described, the hosts were accommodating and thoughtful. Excellent house for children, the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The property looked new and very well looked after. It was out today time on Air B&B and we ve been very impressed.

Accommodation was beautiful. You were on your own, the pool was very well maintained. You had it all to yourself. The hostess was extremely nice and helpful. Gave a lot of tips for the area and was always very easy to reach. Responded very quickly to messages and was very helpful. Would happily come again.

My group of 4 enjoyed an 8 day stay at Jen's place in late May. The home is in Cimiez, a pleasant residential area on the hill above Nice. The home is only a 15-minute walk from the beach and offers a quiet and beautiful oasis from the town. The garden is extensive and delightful, much more impressive in person. The main home is spacious and well equipped, and there is also a second smaller home. This worked well for our group of 2 couples. Jen is a very kind and responsive host; you have found a rare gem in the Airbnb world.

This Airbnb is stunning, the pictures don’t do it justice. Every room has a balcony or court yard with beautiful views. It is so picturesque. The place was clean and we felt very safe, we really enjoyed our stay. Downstairs has a great living area to hang out as a group, with a great view. All rooms have a bathroom. It was the perfect stay! We felt so lucky to stay here! Helena was the perfect host, she was so responsive!!

A great place to stay - super clean - and well located to discover Monaco, Nice, Beaulieu-sur-Mer and Menton by car 😊 There were three of us there with our 18-month-old son, everything was fine 😊 And Judith is a lovely and so accommodating hostess! She came to us super prepared and also translated everything into our language, thank you very much for the entire stay Judith!

I cannot overstate how much I enjoyed this rental. It’s is a small but thoughtfully appointed flat (everything I needed, everything in its place) with a SPECTACULAR view from the charming balcony — Nice and the harbor through bird-filled trees. It was quiet, peaceful, and restorative. And the hosts were just wonderful. I feel so lucky to have found this place. Thank you, Laurence!

The absolute best spot in all of old town Antibes! Was perfect for my family of 4. My older boy slept in the lower floor leaving my younger son with an entire room to himself! We each had our own bathroom too! Very clean, beautiful ocean view, and excellent location to all the restaurants and market! Would definitely stay again if back in Antibes! Thank you Ivan!

A magical view! It’s just outside the hustle and bustle of Menton, but you can still hear the waves from the beach at night. We spent hours watching the super yachts in the bay and the people on the beach. It’s a strenuous walk back up the hill but completely worth it knowing that that view awaits you.

We had a great time at Rutger’s place, enjoying a lovely welcome from the host himself which was very welcome after a long drive from the UK🍷 We loved the outstanding views from the property and the close proximity to Monaco for our visit to the Grand Prix. As with all properties in this area, we enjoyed(?) the work out provided by the slopes and hills. We would happily stay in this great family home again. We had a wonderful stay at Villa le Cactus with our two young children. The highlight is the gorgeous terrace - the perfect spot to relax and take in the beautiful water views. The home is small but perfectly laid out and very comfortable and clean. It is a perfect base for exploring Cap Ferrat by foot. Restaurants and shops are less than a 5 minute walk away, and the beaches are all 5-15 minutes walk. Yes, the home is up several stairs from the street, but as long as you are mentally prepared for the first day of bringing up your luggage it is well worth it! The indoor parking is about a 5 minute walk away, but we were lucky enough to get free street parking even closer to the house for 4 of our 7 days. We hope to return again!

Beautiful house with comfortable beds, on a quiet street but perfect location right next to the Old Town, which had lots of restaurants and of course the market. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back. Christina and Ivan were lovely and we had a great day on their boat too.

We had a wonderful stay at Aurélie’s home in Antibes. The apartment was clean, charming, and perfectly located—just a short walk from the old town, beaches, and local markets. It was the perfect home base for exploring the Côte d’Azur. Aurélie was a thoughtful and responsive host, offering great local recommendations and making sure we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. The space had everything we needed and more, and we truly felt at home. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Antibes. We would absolutely come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Patrick and Isabelle’s beautiful villa. The view is absolutely stunning, the apartment is very clean and tastefully furnished. Everything was perfect for relaxing. On top of that, Patrick provided us with many great and helpful tips. Thank you, Patrick and Isabelle, for the amazing time we had at your place.

This accommodation is perfect for a combination of activities in the area and tranquility with privacy. The apartment is located in the hinterland and can only be reached by a small serpentine road. In about 20 minutes you are in Nice at the port. The description of the accommodation was great, we found it right away and were warmly welcomed by Laetitia. She and Clément were always available to us. The view from the apartment is fantastic. The layout and furnishings are very modern and perfect for four. The small pool is refreshing and the jacuzzi is wonderfully relaxing in the evening. We can totally recommend the accommodation. For us, it was just right and Laetitia and Clément are warm hosts, to whom their guests are important. We'd love to come back!

Accommodation as described, very clean, well-equipped for a stay in a peaceful environment very accessible from all the tourist places in the region. The welcome is nice, The hosts are available and discreet.

It’s rare that somewhere that looks amazing lives up to the hype! Maison Regina does! Big time! From being met at our cab there ( you’ll be walking in if it’s after 1pm as pedestrianised) by the managing agent Alice, and given the lowdown on how everything worked, to the utter fabulousness of our home for the next 2 weeks. The house was larger than we expected, those town houses look teeny from outside, to the appointments-strong hot showers, tv that’s a moving picture gallery, nespresso machine so good I’ve just bought the same model for my home, to the aircon that I’m not normally a fan of but a bonus in hot weather. The roof terrace is the star! We had meals there looking out to sea at the moored superyachts and sailing regattas from morn to dusk, counted the EasyJet planes coming in every few minutes ( not a disruptive noise) and gave names to the friendly local seagulls. Magic! And 200 restaurants and cafes within a 10 minute walk.

Julie’s place was beautiful! Such stunning views and very spacious. I would definitely love to come back again. Julie was super helpful in making my friend’s birthday special and helping with restaurant bookings and recommendations. Perfect host thank you!

Loved the house and the spot, so well located. Check in was smooth and everything was very well explained. The Property has so much character and we appreciated the welcome hamper. Would recommend!
