East: Mont Boron and the sun coming up over the hills. West: the afternoon sun and a direct view of the Colline du Château. Open the louvered shutters with your first coffee, or take it out to the balcony. THE BALCONY. Round table and chairs, sun from midday on. Breakfast, lunch, a glass at the end of the day. On a clear day in November or February you will still be out there at lunchtime. LIVING ROOM AND OPEN KITCHEN. Opens onto the balcony. Equipped for cooking every day, not just reheating: oven, induction hob, dishwasher, large fridge, Nespresso machine. The butcher, the fishmonger and a bakery are all within 300 m, so you will use it. BEDROOM 1. East-facing, queen bed (160 cm), quiet at night, sunrise in the morning. BEDROOM 2. West-facing, double bed (140 cm), shutters keep it dark and quiet. Both mattresses are firm, chosen with longer stays in mind. BATHROOM. One bathroom, plus a separate WC. WORKING FROM HERE. A very light and charming apartment in one of the oldest buildnings in the old town, Nice. Close to the beach. Enjoy the most beautiful part of Nice. The apartment is comfortable and charming with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and air condition. It is 80 square meter. Since it is one of the oldest buildings in Nice there is no lift. The apartment is just next to Cours Saleya and about 100 meter from the ocean, totally wonderful! Apartment is on the 3rd floor and no elevator. Enjoy!
