Open the louvered shutters with your first coffee, or take it out to the balcony. THE BALCONY. Round table and chairs, sun from midday on. Breakfast, lunch, a glass at the end of the day. On a clear day in November or February you will still be out there at lunchtime. LIVING ROOM AND OPEN KITCHEN. Opens onto the balcony. The apartment is just next to Cours Saleya and about 100 meter from the ocean, totally wonderful! Apartment is on the 3rd floor and no elevator. Enjoy!
