We were in Buenos Aires for our son’s wedding and had another son and his wife staying with us. The apartment is the second floor of a grand old house in Belgrano, a beautiful, safe neighborhood. There were places for good breakfast and lunch nearby. We enjoyed the large spotless kitchen and the comfortable tv room. The bed’s are enormous and quite comfortable. Our friends who are from Buenos AIres saw it and asked for the contact information. We highly recommend this apartment, but we are used to city sounds of buses and traffic.

Estuvimos alojadas un grupo de 9 amigas por un fin de semana. La casa es super cómoda para grupos grandes además de estar muy bien ubicada y cuenta con todo lo necesario, no tuvimos que llevar nada. Lucía se comunicó desde el primer momento con nosotras y nos recibió para hacer el check in, e incluso gestionamos un late check out sin problemas, ella siempre muy amable. Volveríamos sin dudas.

An absolutely gorgeous house in one of the nicest areas of Buenos Aires. I think the house is even better than described and the photos! Also, Yanina was super responsive, helpful and really kind. Definitely would stay again if I’m back in BA!

Been staying for 6 months. Long story short: 10/10. It is located inside the block, so you don't have street noises. When there is no construction in a house nearby (I was unlucky, so I had a lot of noise), you won't find a more restful place than here. Safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants and cafés. Coble stone streets that slowdown the already little traffic. Extremely beautiful patio and plants. Everything is exactly as in the pictures. Neighbors are incredibly kind too and if you love cats, you will be visited by the neighbor's cat often. What I didn't like too much was the bed as it makes a lot of noises when turning around in it due to the type of frame. Besides that, the place is absolutely beautiful. You will love it. The hosts are the best I ever had, available as quickly as possible, replying within minutes, trying everything to make you feel at home and taking care that you have everything you need. 100% recommendation.

Our host Candela was so helpful in answering all questions and communicating all the necessary details in advance of our arrival. When we arrived, everything was just as expected, and even better. The house, large and charming and super clean, was equipped to meet all of our needs. The only things we needed to purchase were the foods and drinks for our stay. The back yard was blooming with flowers and well manicured, and was a great spot for young boys to run and play, and for us to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. We enjoyed doing our own Parilla at the outside grill and kitchen. There was more than ample furniture, inside and outside, large tables and many chairs, and large comfortable sofas and beds. The place had a warm and cozy feel, and it felt like home when returning to it, after hours out exploring Buenos Aires. This location in Palermo was fabulous, as you can walk in any direction and find coffee shops, bakeries, cafes, restaurants, pizzerias, markets, etc. very near.

Loved the place. We spent almost two months in this Airbnb. The apartment is simply one of the best Airbnbs you can get in Buenos Aires. The location is perfect, the area is very safe, and walking distance to centro, Puerto madero and many local spots. The apartment is very spacious (way more than what it looks in the pictures). The host was very kind and friendly but also we had all the privacy we wanted. Thanks Pablo!

Esta casa es un sueño! Está muy bien diseñada, muy cómoda en todos los espacios y la terraza con un hermoso sol durante todo el día es lo mejor de todo. Rodrigo fue un excelente anfitrión, nos recibió muy bien y estuvo atento en todo momento! Nos dejaron hermosos regalitos de bienvenida! No tengo dudas de que voy a volver!! Foi incrivel ficar nesse apartamento. Super recomendo! Nao deixem de ir na feira de san telmo aos domingos e de visitar o De Los Cojones q foi fantástico! É muito perto de todos os grandes tangos de baires. Se for LGBT tem um bar La Greko na esquina com atendimento muito bom e bebida boa! O Fernando foi um ótimo anfitrião. Sem dúvidas voltaria mais vezes se for pra fazer coisas na região de Puerto Madero /San telmo

O local é incrível! Muito bem localizado, numa região que dá pra aproveitar a maioria dos pontos turísticos a pé. O apartamento estava muito limpo, muito bem cuidado, e é super aconchegante.

Our recent stay at this elegant apartment in Buenos Aires was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the apartment's charm and its truly wonderful location, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The host was exceptionally attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed and responding promptly to any questions. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, providing a much-needed restful night's sleep after our days of sightseeing. We did encounter some minor issues with the apartment's temperature during our stay, but we were very pleased with how efficiently this was managed by the host. Their quick response and effective resolution ensured our comfort was restored without delay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Buenos Aires. Highly recommended!

Quero deixar aqui registrado o quão incrível foi nossa estadia no apartamento do Augusto e o atendimento por ele prestado. Viajamos muito por vários locais no mundo e nunca tivemos um atendimento tão único e personalizado. O Augusto é uma pessoa extremamente gentil, atencioso e flexível. Chegamos cansados de viagem, tarde da noite já e encontramos na cozinha alguns mimos como cápsulas de café, salgadinho, refrigerantes e água mineral na geladeira. O apartamento é um show a parte. Além de lindo e bem localizado, é confortável, bem cuidado e absolutamente tudo funcionando, com manutenção impecável. Gostamos de ficar mais no apartamento do que sair para passear. rsrs Foram dias incríveis nesse apartamento e já temos o nosso local favorito em Buenos Aires. Agora será nosso local de estadia sempre que estivermos em Buenos Aires! Obrigado Augusto e equipe Faena!

This place was great for my partner and I. We both work online and it had enough spaces for us to comfortably work in different areas of the apartment.

Departamento ideal. Ubicación excelente, con parada de buses y subte cerca, lugares para comer, ferias, etc y a su vez tranquilo. Hay supermercados cerca y un kiosco 24hs en la esquina. El departamento en sí muy lindo limpio y cuidado, con una cocina con lo justo y necesario para una estadía agradable. Augusto siempre contestó rápidamente y nos hizo el favor hacer el check in un rato antes Lo recomendamos sin dudas

We had an excellent stay at the apartment. Check-in process was very easy. Tobias was very flexible as our flight got delayed and he made arrangements for a later check in for us. The place was perfect for our family of four. Very comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The only downside is some very mild street noise in the main bedroom. We knew this ahead of time as we had read it on some reviews. Overall did not bother us.

Muy buen hospedaje, estaba limpio y era hermoso. La anfitriona fue muy amable y nos resolvió todas las dudas al instante. Es un barrio tranquilo y a la vez cercano a varios puntos interesantes de la ciudad. Considerar que son 4 pisos sin ascensor por lo que dificulta el movimiento de maletas. Recomiendo comprar papel higiénico ya que no era de buena calidad el que se ofrecía. Si tenía todos los demás implementos para una estadía perfecta.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Gonzalo was very responsive and gave great recommendations. The apartment was clean and as described. The building was beautiful. The location is close to Armenia park which has great bars and restaurants to try. Would stay again!
