We were in Buenos Aires for our son’s wedding and had another son and his wife staying with us. The apartment is the second floor of a grand old house in Belgrano, a beautiful, safe neighborhood. There were places for good breakfast and lunch nearby. We enjoyed the large spotless kitchen and the comfortable tv room. The bed’s are enormous and quite comfortable. Our friends who are from Buenos AIres saw it and asked for the contact information. We highly recommend this apartment, but we are used to city sounds of buses and traffic.

We were a group of 9 friends staying for a weekend. The house is super comfortable for large groups as well as being very well located and has everything you need, we didn't have to bring anything. Lucia communicated with us from the first moment and welcomed us to check in, and we even arranged a late check out without problems, she was always very kind. We would definitely come back.

An absolutely gorgeous house in one of the nicest areas of Buenos Aires. I think the house is even better than described and the photos! Also, Yanina was super responsive, helpful and really kind. Definitely would stay again if I’m back in BA!

Been staying for 6 months. Long story short: 10/10. It is located inside the block, so you don't have street noises. When there is no construction in a house nearby (I was unlucky, so I had a lot of noise), you won't find a more restful place than here. Safe neighborhood with lots of restaurants and cafés. Coble stone streets that slowdown the already little traffic. Extremely beautiful patio and plants. Everything is exactly as in the pictures. Neighbors are incredibly kind too and if you love cats, you will be visited by the neighbor's cat often. What I didn't like too much was the bed as it makes a lot of noises when turning around in it due to the type of frame. Besides that, the place is absolutely beautiful. You will love it. The hosts are the best I ever had, available as quickly as possible, replying within minutes, trying everything to make you feel at home and taking care that you have everything you need. 100% recommendation.

Our host Candela was so helpful in answering all questions and communicating all the necessary details in advance of our arrival. When we arrived, everything was just as expected, and even better. The house, large and charming and super clean, was equipped to meet all of our needs. The only things we needed to purchase were the foods and drinks for our stay. The back yard was blooming with flowers and well manicured, and was a great spot for young boys to run and play, and for us to sit and enjoy a glass of wine. We enjoyed doing our own Parilla at the outside grill and kitchen. There was more than ample furniture, inside and outside, large tables and many chairs, and large comfortable sofas and beds. The place had a warm and cozy feel, and it felt like home when returning to it, after hours out exploring Buenos Aires. This location in Palermo was fabulous, as you can walk in any direction and find coffee shops, bakeries, cafes, restaurants, pizzerias, markets, etc. very near.

Loved the place. We spent almost two months in this Airbnb. The apartment is simply one of the best Airbnbs you can get in Buenos Aires. The location is perfect, the area is very safe, and walking distance to centro, Puerto madero and many local spots. The apartment is very spacious (way more than what it looks in the pictures). The host was very kind and friendly but also we had all the privacy we wanted. Thanks Pablo!

This house is a dream! It is very well designed, very comfortable in all spaces and the terrace with a beautiful sun all day long is the best of all. Rodrigo was an excellent host, he welcomed us very well and was attentive at all times! They left us beautiful welcome gifts! I have no doubt that I will be back!! Thank you for exceeding my expectations!

It was amazing to stay in this apartment I highly recommend it! Be sure to go to the San Telmo fair on Sundays and visit De Los Cojones, which was fantastic! It's very close to all the great tango bars. If you are LGBT, there is a La Greko bar on the corner with very good service and good drinks! Fernando was a great host. I would definitely come back more often if I were to do things in the Puerto Madero/San Telmo region

The place is amazing! Very well located, in a region where you can enjoy most of the tourist spots on foot. The apartment was very clean, very well maintained, and it's super cozy.

Our recent stay at this elegant apartment in Buenos Aires was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the apartment's charm and its truly wonderful location, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The host was exceptionally attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed and responding promptly to any questions. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, providing a much-needed restful night's sleep after our days of sightseeing. We did encounter some minor issues with the apartment's temperature during our stay, but we were very pleased with how efficiently this was managed by the host. Their quick response and effective resolution ensured our comfort was restored without delay. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would not hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Buenos Aires. Highly recommended!

An amazing apartment in beautiful San Telmo. Stunning interior, very comfortably furnished and equipped and very, very quiet. Stephen was very responsive and Willy the concierge was always friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is spectacular with cafes, restaurants and bars everywhere. An excellent home from which to enjoy Buenos Aires.

An incredible place, impeccable, you certainly feel super comfortable, they have all the utensils and amenities you may need to have a pleasant stay.

Very nice dpto. Everything was impeccable. It's over Avenida Corrientes, which is a huge plus for accessing cinemas, theaters, restaurants, all for entertainment. On the other hand the dpto is very quiet and quiet which allows a good rest. Very friendly the manager of the Miguel building.

We had an excellent stay at the apartment. Check-in process was very easy. Tobias was very flexible as our flight got delayed and he made arrangements for a later check in for us. The place was perfect for our family of four. Very comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The only downside is some very mild street noise in the main bedroom. We knew this ahead of time as we had read it on some reviews. Overall did not bother us.

Excellent apartment for 1 or 2 people, ideal for both short and semi-long stays (up to a week). It is very well decorated, clean and as shown in the ad. Upon arrival, we were greeted with complimentary tea and coffee, as well as towels and all the promised items. The furniture is of excellent quality and all the staff were super attentive and friendly throughout the stay. As the only detail to improve, I mentioned when checking out that the WiFi signal was poor and did not reach well and that the remote control of the air needed revision. They told me that they were already aware and would solve it soon, which I am very grateful for. I would definitely recommend it and stay there again. Thank you for everything!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Gonzalo was very responsive and gave great recommendations. The apartment was clean and as described. The building was beautiful. The location is close to Armenia park which has great bars and restaurants to try. Would stay again!
