Ascend the floating spiral staircase to the exposed-brick mezzanine bedroom where the king bed can be set up as 2 twin beds when specified. Come morning, the double height ceilings and fine arched windows ensure a long-lasting embrace from the sun, while the New York-style bathroom tiling is equally welcoming. * Please be aware, that my Loft can accommodate up to 4 guests, but 2 would be using floor mattresses. As a welcome gift, I am including a few coffee pods, sugar / sweetener and a bottled water. With its double height windows, our loft is bathed in morning sunlight and very lumunious throughout the day. Based on our love for cooking, despite the kitchen's size which is compact, we made sure it is very complete with a gas oven, microwave, fridge, plates and cutlery for you to enjoy a glass of a good Malbec and a homemade meal after a day discovering this fabulous city. (you are 2 squares away from "Mercado de San Telmo" with plenty of fresh produce) The mezzanine bedroom, reached by a spiral staircase, has 2 twin size beds that can be converted easily into a king size bed , and 2 extra mattresses for 2 more guests. The bathroom has been fully remodeled with New York style tiles, shower/tub, and an separate wash basin. You will have access to the whole Loft Though we live about 1 hour out of town, we are always available and very happy to advise and help you in any way for a really enjoyable stay. San Telmo is the oldest and most traditional quarter of Buenos Aires, retaining its architectural heritage and cobbled streets. Nowadays, the area is also well known for its bars, restaurants, weekend street fair, and many antiques galleries. We highly recommend walking around the neighborhood, so as to enjoy the 19th century constructions and their very precious details. For larger distances, you can choose from buses, subway and taxis. As additional info, you are also in walking distance to Puerto Madero with all its restaurants and nightlife and to Colonia Express for day cruises to Colonia del Uruguay, which by the way, we highly reccomend.

Brand new two rooms apartment. Fully furnished and equipped. In the fanciest neighbourhood of Buenos Aires: Puerto Madero . Located on the 12th floor has an amazing view to the river and the city skyline. It is quiet and comfortable. The area is safe and full of restaurants and sights worth visiting. The location is very convenient. It is within walking distance from Plaza de Mayo. This neuralgic point of Buenos Aires is connected by several public transportation means to the rest of the city.

Dome in the heart of the City

Dome recycled to new apartment in the heart of the city. The area is full of Restaurants, theatres, coffee shops with plenty o day and night life. Only two blocks far from the iconic Colón theatre and one block from 9 de Julio Avenue, this cossy aparement is build in woden floors, with an entire renovate kitchen, plenty of day light and high ceilings. There is also a dressing room in a separate room. The main bedroom in the dome, making your stay just unique. With 2 patios and a full bathroom.

Excellent apartment in Puerto Madero, the best of the building. It is very comfortable and has everything you need. The view of the reserve is very beautiful. It does not include the building's amenities, such as the pool and gym, as they are only for owners. We'll definitely keep it in mind when we return to Argentina.

Marina's apartment is located in one of the trendiest areas of Buenos Aires, offering easy access to a variety of excellent restaurants within walking distance and providing stunning views of the river. The neighborhood is known for its safety, and you are only a 10-minute drive from both the theater district and downtown. As a couple working remotely, we found the internet connection to be strong and dependable throughout the day, making it suitable for virtual meetings.
