The location is excellent, one block from Shopping mall Alto Palermo, near Santa Fe Ave, with excellent restaurants, cafes, cinemas, video stores and easy access to Recoleta, Palermo Hollywood and Palermo Soho. This location offer easy access to everywhere in the city, by subway, bus, car rental or taxis. The apartment is located in the first floor with a total of 8 apartments in the whole building. This construction has very high ceilings, with ornate plaster work and an original Pinotea Norwegian wooden floor, which creates an extremely warm and homely feel to the apartment. Includes entrance hall, separate lounge and dining room, a master bedroom with a luxury queen size bed and a fully equipped bathroom. My apartment is really well located, near the mall, two blocks from Corrientes Avenue and close to subway stations and buses. The Obelisco is only 5 minutes by subway and we are near many other attractions, such as The Colon Theatre, San Telmo, Puerto Madero, Palermo, etc. You will be staying in a spacious studio which also counts with a complete kitchen, a privated bathroom and really big terrace with a huge grill where you can cook an Argentine barbecue. It's worth the climb up 4 flights of marble stairs to reach this bright and airy hideaway. Spend an evening on a checkerboard terrace. Choose a book to read later or head straight for the comfy 2x2m bed. 2 min walking distance to the metro line connecting to the center of the city. There's no elevator to reach the loft. The jacuzzi is unavailable from Apr through Oct. It does not have its own heater although it can be filled with hot water, cools down very quickly during winter.
