Fantastically located house, tranquility and pure nature

A 200-year-old oak tree marks the driveway to a sanctuary of peace and nature in the outskirts of Woffelsbach. In autumn with lake view, in summer with lots of meadow for sunbathing and just as many areas to relax in the shade. The house offers four people on two floors enough space with separate accesses, sanitary facilities, 3x satellite TV, 4k and small libraries. The floors are connected by a spiral staircase, but can also be separated.
