Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

[Idyllic spot on the outskirts of Paris] This small lakefront cottage dates It's from 1984. It has been redecorated but needs to be renovated, which is why I am renting it out in order to raise funds for the work. Everything is functional; only the upstairs is not accessible. Small nest

The accommodation we offer is quiet and pleasant. The accommodation is composed of a large 40 m2 living room and a large 20 m2 bedroom including the shower. A second bed is located in the very nice and comfortable mezzanine. Everything necessary is provided to facilitate your installation: (sheets, towels, shower gel, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid...) Please note: We accept stays of two nights or more, but for stays of 2 nights, you will need to bring your own sheets/towels.
