Completely newly renovated & furnished 22 sqm/1 room apartment. There is a private entrance to the basement apartment. The ceiling height is about 195 cm. There is also a small kitchen, with ceramic stovetop, a sink and a fridge/freezer. The kitchen is fully equipped. A separate toilet with sink and hair dryer is also part of the apartment, as well as a shower. A TV, chests of drawers, dining table with 2 chairs. A large double bed is also included. This farmhouse was build in 1850 and is now 168 years old. Two years ago we renovated the whole cottage to modern standards of living. Like a big shower, w-lan, big tv-screen, x-box, washing-mashine, dishwasher etc. The location is a little village called Eckhorst, which means OAK-forrest, just 7 kilometers away from the historical center of the picturesque old town of Lübeck (Luebeck) and its famous christmas market. There you go by bus oder by taxi (round about 20 Euro).
