Centrally located, the Baltic Sea resorts of Laboe, Stein and Schönberg as well as natural beaches can be reached in 10 minutes by car. Direct bus connection to Kiel, supermarket within a 5-minute walk. With three bedrooms, a combined kitchen and living room, a cozy living room and two newly renovated bathrooms, the apartment offers enough space for a relaxing Baltic Sea vacation. The accommodation with two private rooms is located in a listed building right on the access road to the lock. Separate entrance with shower room, Bedroom (single bed), living room, no kitchen or cooking facilities. Apart from the seagulls and the sounds of the ships, it is very quiet. In the immediate vicinity, there are inviting restaurants and cafes. The historic cobblestone paving in the courtyard is not suitable for high heels or walking aids. In summer, the lakeside bathing facility is an inviting spot for a refreshing dip.

Quiet and centrally located, the small house is in the backyard of one of the best locations in Kiel – Brunswik district! Bicycles can be parked outside the door. The UKSH is within minutes walking distance, the stop "Schauenburgerstr." in approx. 5 minutes. Holtenauer Straße with shops, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants, cafés and bars is right around the corner. For safety, cameras are at the entrance. Please register additional guests in advance so we can adjust the booking
