Living room equipped with a large comfortable sofa bed, cable TV and Wi-Fi. Fully-equipped kitchen. Mezzanine bedroom with 160 x 200 bed. Bathroom with shower and bathtub overlooking the garden. Equipped for families and children.

Ce logement calme et convivial est idéal pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis. Dans un cadre harmonieux situé à deux pas du canal du Loing, de points d’eau et proche de la forêt de Fontainebleau (15min en voiture). La maison se trouve à 5 min à pied du centre ville avec épicerie, boulangerie, tabac, un restaurant et une pharmacie. Vous pourrez profiter du logement entier ainsi qu’un jardin, partagé avec la maison mitoyenne dans laquelle je vis. Les fêtes sont strictement interdites.

The Ô Lunain gîte, a 40 m2 house located in Nonville, a village in the Lunain Valley between Fontainebleau, Nemours and Morêt Sur Loing. Peaceful haven in a property with 4 hectares of garden, woods and river. We live on site in another house, we will be happy to host you. Electric heating and wood-burning stove for those who want it. Not recommended for children under 10 years of age for safety reasons (river).

Charming two-room independent duplex, completely renovated, overlooking a beautiful common courtyard (large courtyard/lounge available). Located between the hiking trails of the Fontainebleau Forest and the Loing. Quality cleaning is provided by us (included in the price). Bike rental (including electric) possible from our neighbor (instructions on the last photo of the listing). Bike path to explore on the towpath of the Loing Canal (Scandinavian).

The Island House of the Marais de Larchant

The Marais de Larchant, a labyrinth of canals with a view on the medieval Saint Mathurin basilica, lies just West of the Fontainebleau forest, close to the famous bouldering spot of la Dame Jouanne. The house rented is fully independent, with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 dining room and a large drawing room. It has its own linen, kitchenware and cutlery. It also has its own internet connection. We'd be happy to host you (English spoken) !
