Monthly Rentals in Molobolo Spring

I can’t speak highly enough about Maria and Christofer. Their hilltop home is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. They are both incredibly friendly and responsive, and I thoroughly enjoyed my long conversations with Christofer. I highly recommend this place for families with children, especially those looking to experience peaceful provincial life while staying in a spacious, air-conditioned condo with a stunning view of the island at night. Maria is an amazing cook, and I truly appreciated being invited to join their family for dinners and breakfasts — it made the experience even more special. Christofer kindly picked me up and dropped me off in Catmon, and during my stay, I rented their scooter to explore the beautiful surrounding areas. If I ever return to North Cebu, I’ll definitely try to stay here again.

The place is a piece of art. A mix between luxury, nature and beautiful architecture. Loved everything about this place. Only few things would make this place extraordinary. - The breakfast is very poor and the options are very limited and the portion is not enough - The jacuzzi is not fully functional, some water pumps are not working - Overall the food menu is very limited and sometimes it’s not very flexible to change ingredients especially on pizza. But I recommend this place if you are looking for a beautiful luxurious getaway in nature.

Good place to relax and unwind away from the city. Although CR is not so good. I think their water pipe is very dirty already since the water coming out of the faucet is a little bit brownish. Bed room is okay, there is a noticeable smell on the linen. Overall, place is okay. Very peaceful.

We absolutely loved our stay at Maria and Chris’s place! The surroundings are breathtaking — we found ourselves extending our stay more than once because we simply couldn't get enough of the beauty and peace around us. It's the perfect getaway for anyone looking to escape the busy city life and reconnect with nature. The environment is incredibly clean, peaceful, and calming, making it so easy to relax and enjoy private, uninterrupted time.
