The insulated cabin has a small wood stove and electric heater, mini fridge, tea/coffee station, and its own deck facing the morning sun — relax and listen to the birds. Double bed and workspace. Extra mattresses can be borrowed. Blackout blinds for privacy and deep sleep. Access the shared bathroom via your own back door entrance to the main house.

The apartment is located in Lorensberg, a calm and friendly neighbourhood with walking distance to both the city centre and campus, and is perfect for the busy tourist as well as a new student at the booming Karlstad University. The house used to be home to multiple families, and so the apartment comes fully equiped with a kitchen as well as a private bathroom and is closed off from the rest of the house with it’s own entrance. No smoking.

Summer residence on a farm with 100 meters to swimming and boat.

Apartment on two floors in a rural setting. It is 100 meters to the beach with a swimming area and a rowboat. Life jacket and metspö are available. The outhouse is shared with other guests. Note: No bathroom but close to the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped. Cold water in the tap. Duvet and pillows are available. Sheets and towels can be rented for SEK 75/singing. The double bed is 140 cm wide, the other beds between 90-120 cm wide.
