Very nice and quiet place with nice view from the balcony. Many grocery stores nearby and close to metro station. The front door has a 9-digit entry code which is not very convenient, and a microwave oven would be nice addition. But I think it's a great place for a weekend stay, definitely will come again!

urocze mieszkanko, świetnie urządzone, przytulne. Pięknie pachnie. Wspaniała, pomocna gospodyni . Reaguje szybko na pytania. Świetny kontakt. Pod domem są sklepiki w których można się we wszystkie artykuły pierwszej potrzeby zaopatrzyć. Fantastyczna ,duża łazienka. Mieszkanie zgadza się całkowicie z opisem. Minusem jest hałas pochodzący z dużej ulicy pod domem. Nie jest to niespodzianka, bo jest to podane w opisie akomodacji. Świetnym rozwiązaniem są korki do uszu, które dzięki wcześniej informacji zakupiłam i używałam. Polecam z całego serca wybór tego apartamentu w trakcie pobytu w Warszawie. Jest świetny

Die Wohnung von Tola liegt wirklich super zentral. Sowohl Altstadt als auch Parks und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und funktionell eingerichtet. Leider konnten wir die wunderschöne Terrasse aufgrund des Wetters nicht nutzen, aber im Sommer ist sie sicherlich das Highlight der Wohnung. Tola war eine sehr gute Gastgeberin, immer erreichbar und sehr engagiert uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter, auch ein Aufenthalt mit Kleinkind ist hier möglich.

Matylda was just what one wishes for in a host: very responsive, pragmatic, welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The place has a great location, within walking distance to the main street. It really matches the photos and description, has its own vibe, and is clean.

Although we didn't meet Marta. she was very responsive to all our requests. The apartment is in a beautiful street with great cafes, restaurants and icecream shops! Easy walk to public transport. Beautiful. peaceful park across the road is well worth a visit. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bonus - public transport is free in Warsaw if youre over 70!

I would recommend this AirBnB! Easy to access and very walkable. Spacious and clean apartment. Overall a great experience. Note that the elevator takes you to a landing, but there are still a few steps you have to take to get to the apartment. If you have a wheelchair, this may be a challenge.

This place is perfect. The photos do not do it justice. It is very specious, comfortable and clean. We were a family of seven and had more than enough room, dishes, towels and anything we could think of. The sauna is a very nice bonus. The neighbourhood is quite and feels safe. We were with a rental car, so it was nice to be able to park it and close the house’s gate. It took us less than 30 minutes to drive to Warsaw’s old town.

The host was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Communication was quick and clear which made the whole process effortless. The place was exactly as described clean comfortable and well equipped. I felt very welcome and appreciated all the thoughtful touches. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a great experience

Piękny dom na bardzo spokojnym osiedlu, pan bardzo przyjazny, szybko odpowiada na wiadomości.

Klasse Erfahrung! Super freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin! Es war alles wie beschrieben und abgebildet. Darüber hinaus gab es nahe zu alles, was man im Alltag hätte brauchen können. Wirklich toll eingerichtet, trotz des recht kompakten Zimmer. Zum Empfang gab es sogar, komplett unerwartet, etwas warmes zu essen und wir hatten sehr interessante Gespräche am Stubentisch beim tollen Kaffee. Die Lage ist für diverse Vorhaben sehr günstig gelegen und war vom Flughafen und Bahnhof ideal und super einfach zu erreichen. Alles in allem eine absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft unter sehr kompetenter Führung! Vielen herzlichen Dank und alles Gute!

We've stayed at Pawel's place for the second time now. Everything was as good as the year before. Location's great, you can order different food delivery options very conveniently as it all comes within the hour. Area is beautiful. Backyard is spacious. Lot's of toys for the kids and things to do. Pawel is always very responsive and eager to help with anything, so your stay goes as smooth as possible!

An amazing location whether you’re coming to Warsaw to study, work or sightsee :) Apartment is beautiful, fresh and equipped with with all the amenities you may need. Sergii is a great host, extremely kind, responsive and helpful! I do recommend :) Just a small note – the apartment was really clean, including the bedding and the kitchen. The only thing I would improve is that the floor was a bit dirty and seemed like hadn’t been vacuumed.

Our stay was extremely pleasant for the short time we were in the city. The proximity to both the airport and center city was more than ideal with tram stops right outside. Nights were rough with city noise and the beds were on the harder side. Communication was super easy and response time was great. Lots of recommendations during check in to make us feel comfortable in new surroundings. There is no elevator in the building and there are 4 sets of stairs spanning 2 floors to reach the apartment. Overall, no regrets on the stay and will definitely return to the city!

Wszystko tak jak na zdjęciach, nie mieliśmy absolutnie żadnych obiekcji, a pobyt bardzo nam się podobał. Do tego przystępna cena i świetny kontakt z gospodarzem - grzechem byłoby nie skorzystać, polecam! 🤙

It is close to the historic inner city and Warsawa Centralna (both about 10min via tram). The road in front of the apartment is a bit noisy, but it wasn't a problem, especially after I figured out the window needed a bit more force to close properly. There's quite a few restaurants in the area, and we could even find basic groceries during a national holiday within walking distance. The apartment is well equipped with most basic things you could need during your stay: shower gel and shampoo, towels. The bed was very comfortable, the sheets clean. The kitchen was equipped with bacic cooking supplies (salt, sugar, some spicies, tea and a few other things). The equipment was sufficient for doing basic cooking for two people or preparing food for the next day exploring Warsaw. Cooking for more people would be a challange. The instructions Magadalena sent were clear and well illustrated with pictures. Overall she was helpful and friendly, the apartment cozy and comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at Patryk ’s place! It was perfect for our family—very clean, comfortable, and truly family-friendly. The apartment had everything we needed, and we felt right at home. The location was excellent—just a short walk to the metro station, which made getting around the city super convenient. We also loved how close it was to several parks, which was ideal for our little one to play and for relaxing strolls. Patryk was friendly, responsive, and made sure our stay was smooth from start to finish. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, especially families. We’d definitely love to stay here again!
