The apartment is modern, has air conditioning, a washer-dryer, NETFLIX, and an equipped kitchen. The apartment has a balcony overlooking the inner courtyard, perfect for relaxation. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.

A sunny and cosy apartment with two balconies in Mokotów. Located in a building on the 9th floor, with a view of the city (two lifts are available). Very well connected – a 10-minute walk to the metro, a 15-minute tram ride to the city centre. A 5-minute walk to the Warszawianka water park and sauna complex. Behind the building is the beautiful Arkadia Park, which features ponds. The apartment is best suited for 4 people, but due to numerous requests from renters, I am allowing rentals for up to 5 people.

In the bedroom there is a double bed 120 cm wide and wardrobes, in the other a fold-out sofa 150 cm wide. Bathroom with shower, park view from the windows. The apartment is entirely at the disposal of guests. There is a paid parking zone in the immediate vicinity on working days from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
