A comfortable studio in a very good location. Right next to the tram stop, and at the back of the building, there is a pleasant Morskie Oko park. Everything you need is nearby: grocery stores, bakery, restaurants, bars, ATM, post office, drugstore, etc. Łazienki Królewskie is a 10-minute walk, and the Palace of Culture is 10 minutes by tram. Direct tram (No. 10) tram to the Central Station. The apartment has a large 160x200 bed and the necessary amenities: towels, toilet paper, coffee, tea, etc. You are welcome!

The studio is located on the 10th floor with an elevator, has a balcony with a beautiful panoramic view and a rest area. It offers a living room with a 140x200 cm bed, TV, WiFi. Fully equipped kitchen and workspace. A modern bathroom with a washing machine and a shower.

A sunny and cosy apartment with two balconies in Mokotów. Located in a building on the 9th floor, with a view of the city (two lifts are available). Very well connected – a 10-minute walk to the metro, a 15-minute tram ride to the city centre. A 5-minute walk to the Warszawianka water park and sauna complex. Behind the building is the beautiful Arkadia Park, which features ponds. The apartment is best suited for 4 people, but due to numerous requests from renters, I am allowing rentals for up to 5 people.
