The apartment is located in a modern apartment building in a gated community in the heart of Wilanów with an elevator, 24/7 security and quick access to the center of Warsaw (direct bus to the center under the block), near Biedronka (150m), Pepco, Hebe, Lidl, Rossmann, pharmacies, cafes, restaurants. The apartment is modern, has air conditioning, a washer-dryer, NETFLIX, and an equipped kitchen. The apartment has a balcony overlooking the inner courtyard, perfect for relaxation. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.

Comfortable studio apartment near the park

A comfortable studio in a very good location. Right next to the tram stop, and at the back of the building, there is a pleasant Morskie Oko park. Everything you need is nearby: grocery stores, bakery, restaurants, bars, ATM, post office, drugstore, etc. Łazienki Królewskie is a 10-minute walk, and the Palace of Culture is 10 minutes by tram. Direct tram (No. 10) tram to the Central Station. The apartment has a large 160x200 bed and the necessary amenities: towels, toilet paper, coffee, tea, etc. You are welcome!

A sunny and cosy apartment with two balconies in Mokotów. Located in a building on the 9th floor, with a view of the city (two lifts are available). Very well connected – a 10-minute walk to the metro, a 15-minute tram ride to the city centre. A 5-minute walk to the Warszawianka water park and sauna complex. Behind the building is the beautiful Arkadia Park, which features ponds. The apartment is best suited for 4 people, but due to numerous requests from renters, I am allowing rentals for up to 5 people.

Supreme location in downtown Warsaw within walking distance to such attractions as one of the best theatres in Warsaw (TR Warszawa), Saviour Square with great hang-out places (Charlotte, etc) and Łazienki Park (a bit smaller from Central Park in NYC but definitely more beautiful :)).
