Hi, welcome to the Downtown, our beloved neighbourhood. We would like to invite you to a cosy flat that we renovated ourselves, putting a lot of heart into it. Hoża 19 is a great starting point for exploring the city, both on foot and by public transport. From the Central Railway Station you can get here in 10 minutes by direct bus, and to the Old Town in 15 minutes you can take a tram from the stop 250 m away. You can walk to the Centrum metro in 10 minutes and to the Lazienki Park in 20 m.

Located at the heart of Old Town, in the famous „Proffesor’s House” with the view overlooking the Vistula River the place is very cozy and quiet.The building is an old granary with 2 entrances - higher Brzozowa Str (then the apt is on 1st floor) and lower Bugaj Str (4th floor so you’ll enjoy some excercise)! While designing the interior of our cosy accommodation, we tried to combine comfort with luxury. The bedroom has been separated from the living area, so up to 4 people can comfortably spend time here. The central location of this appartment is an excellent starting point for any excursions.

Comfortable and cozy apartment in the heart of historic part of Warsaw. Fully equipped with everything you may need for a weekend trip or a longer stay. The apartment is quiet, facing the courtyard. It is located in a beautifully renovated building with a lot of history, having survived WW1 and WW2. It's also close to the Old Town, nice cafes and restaurants, the river, the subway as well as the National Stadium. Enjoy Warsaw!
