Our guests can enjoy the living room and spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the garden, pier, and river, while sipping coffee from a high-quality espresso machine. The fully equipped kitchen equipment allows you to prepare fresh meals yourself. We also provide stand-up paddleboards, which can be used to paddle out to Lake Zegrze. An additional attraction is the large Finnish sauna overlooking the water, perfect for relaxing your body and soul.

Welcome to our charming Lake House 14 on the Zegrze Reservoir in Izbica! This is a phenomenal place for a comfortable stay for 4 people. Our atmospheric cottage, right on the waterfront, offers a spectacular view and experience every day. Tilio is the majestic one who welcomed us in her shadow and initiated the dream of this place. Our little spruce house, although comfortable, does not want to keep you inside. It is nestled just above the peaceful Liwiec in the corner of a vast half-hectare plot. Here you will find peace, inner silence, and slowness. All shades of green, poetic sunsets from behind the trees on the other shore, the soothing current of Liwiec and forest concerts of blackbirds, great snipes, herons and field warblers.
