Welcome to our charming Lake House 14 on the Zegrze Reservoir in Izbica! This is a phenomenal place for a comfortable stay for 4 people. Our atmospheric cottage, right on the waterfront, offers a spectacular view and experience every day. Our guests have access to a wooden terrace, sun loungers, a fire pit, a Mongolian barbecue and a garden hot tub, but these are just some of the attractions that will make your stay at Lake House 14 more enjoyable. SUPs, a kayak and a catamaran are available within easy reach for those with the appropriate licences.

The perfect place to stay with a large family or for 2 families - 8 people. 65 km from Warsaw. A quiet and peaceful area, fenced property with access to the Narew River. Living room with fireplace, TV, Internet, kitchen with dining area, 4 bedrooms with double beds (2 cots for children are available), 2 bathrooms with showers. Large terrace. On the premises, there is a gazebo with a grill, a SAUNA, a wood-fired hot tub, a fire pit, and a swimming and fishing platform with a rowboat, 3 kayaks, 4 large bicycles, and 3 children's bicycles. The cottage is open all year round, has heating and air conditioning. The cottage is fully equipped. It is designed for 4 people (2+2) preferred for families, couples. It has a kitchenette connected to the living room and a bathroom with a shower. On the roof there is a coffee terrace overlooking the forest, the lake and our marina. There is a hot tub under the cottage. At your disposal is our private jetty, sauna, hot tub, water and tourist equipment. We have: kayaks, SUPs, bicycles, motorboats, jet skis, etc.
