A sunny and cosy apartment with two balconies in Mokotów. Located in a building on the 9th floor, with a view of the city (two lifts are available). Very well connected – a 10-minute walk to the metro, a 15-minute tram ride to the city centre. A 5-minute walk to the Warszawianka water park and sauna complex. Behind the building is the beautiful Arkadia Park, which features ponds. The apartment is best suited for 4 people, but due to numerous requests from renters, I am allowing rentals for up to 5 people.
