Several good hiking opportunities, driven ski slopes right at the cabin. Close to hiking trails in forests and fields, swimming opportunities. Great place for all the four seasons. Det går lokaltog til Oslo fra Dal stasjon som ligger 2,5 km unna. Det er 6,9 km til Eidsvoll Verk togstasjon som man bruker ca. 8 minutter til i bil. Der går det intercity tog, og man bruker ca 6 minutter til OSL Gardermoen og ca 30 min til Oslo sentralbanestasjon.
