Holiday houses in Moffett

House was cute. My girls loved the room upstairs with the swings. My 2 year old loved the play kitchen. Convenient location for downtown. We were there for the Fort Smith marathon, and it was perfect for where the start of the race was.

Had an amazing visit! Loved the peacefulness of the property with the opportunity for so many things around the area to do. Great hosts as well. Would for sure recommend to others and return myself.

Highly recommend staying at this Cozy Cottage! The area was lush and beautiful. I travel to the area twice a year for work and hope to stay in her house in the future. So much better than a hotel!!! Comfortable beds, clean home, warm and welcoming ambiance.

Absolutely loved this house! We visit Arkansas at least twice a year & this place slid into our #1 favorite spot! Short drive from the house to the trail head. House was plenty big enough for my whole family (9 adults 3 kiddos) with room to spare!! My 4yo granddaughter caught her first fish in the pond on the property & is already an expert at her exaggerated fisherman tales. Will be back for sure.

Debi was amazing she answered every question that i had without any hesitation. The way she described the home in her ad is exactly how it is. 10/10 recommend staying and booking. Not only was it in a nice quiet area everything was close as well. Definitely staying here again when i come back

We loved staying here! There were 2 really friendly sweet dogs that greeted us when we arrived and as we were around the property. I’m sure they stayed because we gave them so much attention. We enjoyed visiting the chickens and Debbie was so kind to invite me to gather the eggs and bring them with us! We fed the catfish and thoroughly enjoyed watching that! We brought tackle but ended up not fishing. Conveniently located right off the highway, perfect distance between Booneville and Paris, great to access groceries and such without being in a town. There is a very helpful binder full of information about local eateries, the wineries in Altus, the mountains around-very thorough! The bathroom was gorgeous and so clean! We will be purchasing pillows like the ones on the bed, we loved them! Owners house is closer than I realized which wasn’t a problem at all! We saw them as we arrived but they worked so hard to give us privacy! 10/10! We hope to come back soon!
