Monthly Rentals in Modrušani

Everything was even better than the pictures, especially the garden. The apartment is rally sweet with original rustic details. The host, Klara is extremely nice and full of good advice of what to see and where to go. All in all, if we come to Istria again, we will try to stay here :)

Neat, comfortable and clean accommodation! Fast communication with the host!

We stayed with a family of 5 in the beautiful authentically furnished holiday home “Olive” and used the cozy Konoba right next to our house during meals. Upon arrival we were welcomed with some delicious local products. Communication with Zara and Karin went very smoothly. We got interesting tips about the area; this is how we made a trip with a local fishing boat. The house /domain is ideally located to visit Istria.

The house is amazing, has everything you need to spend the holidays, and the kitchen is well-equipped and easy to use. Sandra really spend time making her house a home and everything you may need you have in the house (cleaning supplies, extension cords, games and cards for playing, you name it). the region is also beautiful and the house is very well located, in 10 minutes you can reach big grocery stores and in 30 minutes you can reach national parks, beaches, wineries, cheese makers and olive oils producers
