Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Modrušani

We spent a week over New Year's Eve at Jure's house and enjoyed the time very much. Jure's house is a little off the road, but so central that all necessary places were quick and easy to reach. The property is completely enclosed, which was very pleasant for our dog. The house is situated in a beautiful garden and has everything that is needed. The underfloor heating was particularly pleasant now in winter. The contact with Jure was straightforward. He was on vacation himself during our stay, but a friend gave us the key and provided us with all the necessary information. Nevertheless, Jure was always available to us and provided us with restaurant tips. We can well imagine spending another vacation in Jure's house.

Insect screens in front of the bedroom windows and a TV in each bedroom would be nice. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

This is a gorgeous place, approximately 15 minutes away from Pula & Airport. I would highly recommend this stay, the pool, sauna and hot tub are a beautiful touch. This is great for relaxing and is extra stunning when the sun is shining. The only fault I had was that the power tripped quite easily however host was responsive to try and resolve issues.

Host is very helpful and communicative. The place is great but bring good shoes as the entire town is not easy to walk through and be ready to climb no matter where you go. Pool is great, spa is lovely. Goran is super nice

If you are looking for a different rental, this is the one for you. It’s miles away from the standard ikea furnished rental, it has tons of charm (both from the period it was built and the care from the owner), it secluded, and it’s challenging your habits. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is great. The terrasse is awesome. Marina sent lots of instructions and was easy to reach. Highly recommend

I would recommend Branka’s place to anyone looking for a place to have as a base for exploring Istria. Place was clean, everything was as described and check in was very easy.

We have now been to this wonderful accommodation for the second time – and again absolutely delighted! It almost feels like a second home now. Everything was perfect as the first time: the warm communication, the lovingly furnished house, the cleanliness and the small details that make the stay so special. You can just see how much love and care has gone into everything here. This time, too, everything was perfectly prepared – fresh bed linen, fresh towels, a fully equipped kitchen and many nice little things that made us feel at home immediately. The location is quiet, but central, with everything you need in the immediate vicinity. We will definitely come back – and are already looking forward to the next time. there were four of us with a dog at the villa! a beautiful house with unheated, very clean pool! the garden is huge and fenced. Perfect for the four-legged friend! private parking with electric courtyard gate! Pure luxury! Very comfortable beds! the apartment was incredibly clean! no dust, nothing! cleaner than most hotels, even some 5 star houses are "dirty" if you want to call it that in this class! But the decor is definitely worth 5 stars. Very new, well-designed & sparkling clean Martina is almost always available and very friendly! She speaks good, understandable English and organizes contactless without her own presence! very pleasant if you don't know exactly when you will arrive! all interesting cities of Istria can be reached in half an hour, there are many supermarkets in 10 minutes by car! we will definitely be back! probably if it's a little warmer so you can get better in the pool too!

We had a great holiday in Klaus' fantastically beautiful accommodation. The facility is super well maintained and Klaus was always available. In the event of a defective water drain in the bathroom, Klaus reacted super quickly and sent a craftsman who was very friendly and could repair everything directly. Our spontaneous guests were even allowed to spend a night with their camper in the car park for free - THANK YOU for that. We'd love to come back and recommend the place!

The house is simply beautiful and has everything you could ask for. 🥰 You immediately feel comfortable and at home. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and otherwise we didn't miss anything. The cleanliness of the house is a 10/10 - just spotlessly clean!! 🤩 The hostess, Mateja, is a very hearty, loving and helpful person! Simply the best Airbnb I've ever stayed in! Jadranka and her husband are great hosts, they live on the ground floor and are available and responsive while being very discreet and giving us total privacy. Everything was planned so that we felt at home, and we were spoiled with lots of nice touches from them. Their house is a little eccentric but it is a small earthly paradise, we left delighted and if we return to Istria, we will definitely return to their home!

our family had a wonderful stay at Villa Caltha. It is a beautiful property with a great outdoor space overlooking the countryside. everything exceeded our expectations! the town of Sveti Lovrec is a hidden gem, with a great pizzeria and several caffe bars. easy access to Rovinj, Motovun and more. highly recommend!

The cottage is in an absolutely quiet location and offers pure relaxation. We were particularly enthusiastic about the style of the house and the heated pool (admittedly took some time for it to be a little warm too) – ideal for relaxing no matter what the weather. The house is modern, comfortably furnished and very well maintained. If you're looking for peace, comfort and a little luxury, this is the place to be. We will be happy to come back!

The contact before check-in was always friendly and helpful. The reception on site and the tour of the house was very warm. All rooms were clean and corresponded to the pictures in the description. The garden was huge and just right equipped for children. The pool and terrace were clean and very welcoming. For the children there were also toys in the house. Wood and lighters were available for the indoor and outdoor fireplace. The surroundings were quiet and located in the middle of nature. The grounds were completely fenced and the garden was nicely laid out. The kitchen was great, everything was available. All rooms were modernly decorated and cozy. In the evening, the pool and garden were chicly lit. For questions or the like, the landlady was always available and could help and give tips for things like activities. We would book the house again and again and enjoyed the stay.

We spent 4 very nice days at the villa. This is very modern and is surrounded by other (holiday)villas. The location is quiet and the large property offers plenty of space to feel comfortable. Kristina is a great host and was always easily accessible. The communication was very pleasant and we always got answers very quickly. Not only the pool is a highlight. There is also a BBQ, a fireplace and a modern kitchen. The rooms are very spacious and simple but modernly furnished. There is a carport with space for two vehicles. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the pool because of the weather, but we had a great time all in all. Also good restaurants are nearby and many attractions. Particularly noteworthy was the good condition of the interior design, cutlery and kitchen appliances. We will be happy to come back.

I am looking forward t my next stay!

We felt comfortable with 3 people and a small dog in the stone house. The garden is completely fenced and it was perfect for our Jax. The house is very quiet, located a little outside - but you can be in Rovinj, for example, in 20 minutes. On the way to Rovinj, there are plenty of great restaurants if you don't want to cook yourself. The landlords were personally on site for check-in and were both very nice.

We had a great week in this nicely renovated and cosy house with a nice living room and great garden with pool. It is located right between several nice cities like Rovinji, Porec and Pula and close to many nice beaches. It is a place where you feel a home straight away.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Tom’s and I can’t recommend it highly enough! The apartment is thoughtfully decorated and impeccably clean. From the fully stocked kitchen to the comfortable living and sleeping areas, every detail has been taken care of. The little charming city of Cres is just 20min away (by car) and had everything we needed - supermarket, ATMs, great restaurants and cafes and even two real beekeeper’s shops, which we especially loved. The island itself is a true paradise for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. One of the best beaches is just 10 minutes away and with all the singing birds and deers casually walking around the house, we felt like we were in a real wild paradise. Our dog was extremely happy too! And what truly sets this experience apart is the incredibly hospitable mother of Tom, Blazhena. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Her warm personality and genuine care for her guests create an unforgettable experience.

Very cosy cottage. Great garden and nice pool area. We traveled with our dogs and the apartment offered a lot of space for the four of us. Even if you share the property with others, it‘s private enough. Area is very quite and serene. Easy to reach all the main hotspots of the Istrien peninsular.

This was one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever stayed for an Airbnb. Maja and her brother Ivan were very helpful over text and getting us anything we needed throughout the stay. The road to get to the house is a bit in the middle of nowhere, but when you arrive, you’ll be STUNNED at how precious this spot is. It’s about 25 minutes to all the major Istrian town- Pula, Rovinj, Poreč, (we decided to go a little further to Rijeka to see the epic castle one day. Worth the 1.5hr drive). If you don’t have a car, it could be harder to get around since it’s a bit remote. But there is a small train station right outside the neighborhood that takes you to the bigger towns. We called this place our home away from home. So cute and cozy and the bed was very comfy. I hope you enjoy this place as much as we did!

Would highly recommend this location. This place is perfect for anyone looking for privacy and distance from everyday life. The house is in need of some renovation, but this was by no means disturbing. It is kept very clean, and we will definitely come back. The water in the pool was clean. We were there with a large dog, which could move calmly and freely. The property is very well fenced and not visible from the outside, so you really have privacy. Communication was also very easy. I don't speak English, but nowadays you can communicate well in any language thanks to translation apps. Shops can be reached quickly and easily by car. The beach was also easily accessible – it took us about 20 minutes by car.

The place is really beautiful and easy to find with Google Maps. Everything was very clean and the hosts are so kind and friendly. We definitely recommend to stay here if you come to Istria - 10/10 ❤️
