Beautiful garden, with great facilities including a lovely and stunning views from the hills of Emilia Romagna. The kitchen is bright and we-equipped. The house generally is charming - welcoming and wonderfully decorated with lemon motifs everywhere. Miriam was welcoming and communicated in great time. And the cat is a sweetheart. Highly recommended to families and larger groups.

A lovely spacious house, elegantly and stylishly furnished (AB&B photos don't really do it justice). Beautiful tranquil location - apart from the Apennine wolves we heard howling one night (a definite bonus in our book). Lovely walks from the house along the river Dolo gorge, and especially recommend the Golfarone waterfall about 25 mins drive away. A 15-minute scramble upriver brings you to a beautiful pool for swimming under the waterfall. Also lovely local neighbours, who offered us homemade wine and jam. Good local restaurants. Alessandro was extremely helpful and friendly.

Silvana and her Husband were GREAT Hosts!! The place was immaculate and Super Peaceful!!! Best arrangements and accommodations Close to Bologna!! We spent 5 days, Played Tennis and had a Mega BBQ!! Enjoyed the place immensely, Silvana was a SUPER Host!!! Will surely comeback!!!!

Lara is a friendly and helpful hostess. We felt very comfortable with her. The apartment is on the lower floor, but nice and cool. The surrounding area and the space around the house are fantastic. Especially the large pool with the loungers under the trees. The sunsets while dining right by the pool will remain unforgettable to us. Fireflies can also be seen. The place is rather expensive, but superbly located. Also ideally suited for excursions. We will be happy to come back!

We had an amazing week at Tommasos place! From the moment we arrived, the host and his very friendly mother made us feel incredibly welcome and was so helpful throughout our stay. The place itself was spotless and well-maintained, with a serene atmosphere that made it the perfect getaway. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful, offering peace and tranquility, truly great for the soul. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and unwind. Roberta is an excellent host who takes the time beforehand and during the stay to ensure her guests have everything they need and recommendations of local activities in books at the house and throughout our stay. The house is charming and very well appointed, little touches like tea and coffee, balsamic and olive oil are very welcome as well as a lovely present and bottle of wine on arrival. We would not hesitate to stay again if in the area, it’s very handy for Modena, Parma and Reggio Emilia and the pool is fab for the kids and adults alike. Everyone we met in Baiso was friendly and welcoming and our kids enjoyed meeting and hanging out with the local kids who took great care of them also.

It was an amazing place to stay

My family enjoyed our stay at La Pacifica. The house was cozy and well stocked. My spouse enjoyed using the kitchen. The views, especially from the primary bedroom, were spectacular. If there were any issues, Silvia responded promptly and helped us. What a wonderful host!

I spent two nights in Elisa and Manuel's place. The property, located near a park, in a quiet environment, is cozy, well-kept, bright, well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need and the bedroom is very comfortable and quiet. You can park near the house. The area is well connected, also ideal for visiting Bologna. Manuel was a present and kind host, always available for any questions or advice.

Had a lovely stay. The house is large and there is a good useable outdoor space. Great place to explore the region but you do need a car as resturants and supermarkets are not in easy walking distance. There are a lot of steps to the upstairs bedroom which have 2 single large beds but it is large with a lovely big window. The down stairs bedroom is lovely and large. The kitchen area has everything you need. The shower took a bit of time to get used too but perfectly usable. Michela was very welcoming and helpful.

This is one of the best places I have stayed on Airbnb. It is a beautiful apartment which has everything you need, with access to an amazing garden. We felt privileged to be guests staying with Ekaterina who is the perfect host. Nothing was too much trouble and we were allowed an early check in and a late check out which was really helpful. Reggio Emilia is a lovely town within walking distance and Ekaterina provided us with local recommendations. We would love to return and stay here again. this area stay

We had a great stay. Not far from Maranello and the ferrari museum. Short walk down to the town and market. Very flash restaurants only 2 minute walk near the church and castle. Good spot 👍

The host family is very warm and considerate, the host's parents are elegant elderly people, her old father helped us move our luggage to the room.The house is located in a beautiful rural environment, with persimmon trees, cherry trees, apricot trees, lemons... and blooming flowers in the yard, and endless golden wheat fields outside the yard. The bedding is very comfortable, soft, and very comfortable. It is convenient to drive to Bologna Old Town, Super Sports Town, and Ferrara.I highly recommend it to my friends.

We stayed in a lovely villa in a quiet village. The house is spacious and well equipped: a large living room with garden perfect for grilling, a sleeping area with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and a small gym with bathroom on the third floor. The owner was extremely kind and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. Easy to find parking spot and serene environment. Highly recommended!

We had a great time in this apartment! The hosts were very kind and always available for any need, making the stay even more enjoyable. The apartment is right under their home, but we had all the privacy we needed. The interior is an open space, but very large, well-kept and welcoming: you can immediately breathe a warm and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a few days of tranquility. The only small aspect to consider is that the bathroom is not located inside the apartment, but in an adjacent common area. However, it is still reserved for guests and is easily accessible. Overall, a great solution that we recommend to those looking for a quiet, clean place with really caring hosts!
