The smoke-free basement with 5 windows has a hallway with a wardrobe, a daylight shower room with a hairdryer and vanity mirror and a 40 m² living/bedroom with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa (can also be used as a sofa bed), armchair, large smart TV, Wi-Fi/VDSL, telephone, desk, 140 cm wide bed and shutters. After the somewhat bumpy approach over a short stretch of gravel road (parking on the street with a 50-100 m walk is of course also possible ;)) and the steps to the apartment are overcome, an oasis of peace awaits you far away from street noise and city stress. The lovingly furnished apartment invites you to relax & linger between hiking and mountain bike tours.

Four-legged friends are welcome here. However, we would like to expressly point out that dogs are not allowed to rest or sleep in the bed or on the couch!

Our two-storey 60 square metre oasis with a sunny west-facing roof terrace welcomes you. It is centrally located to the A5, Frankfurt (airport), Darmstadt or Heidelberg. Right on the doorstep, you will also find many cycling and hiking trails. The large fully equipped living-dining kitchen invites you to be cozy together. The sofa bed offers another retreat. Upstairs is the bright living room-bedroom with roof terrace, a desk and a double bed.

This beautiful apartment is located directly below the vineyards in Auerbach and is ideal as a starting point for hikes or Montain bike rides to the charming surroundings.
