Private access to the canal with a small jetty is available. Garden sauna and kayak/SuP are available upon request.

The apartment on two floors, furnished with attention to detail, offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Next to the main entrance door, a kitchen door leads directly into the green courtyard. The terrace offers seating and a barbecue area. Behind the barn is the spacious garden with swimming pool.

Beautiful, secluded and very quiet property at the end of the small village. Beautiful view from the upper terrace over the Elbe landscape and the Elbe. The Elbe is about 400 m away. The Alte Elbe Kathewitz Nature Reserve begins 200 m away. Large hedges to the neighboring properties and a separate door to the Elbe dam. The house is good for up to 4 people. Can be used for business and private purposes! The property is located on the historic Eilenburg Castle Hill and has historic sights outside, as well as a large lawn to relax on. In Eilenburg there is an animal park near the city center, as well as a swimming lake with a water ski facility.
