For relaxing, we recommend warming your body from the core in a sauna that can accommodate up to 7 people, and then cooling off in the outdoor jacuzzi. The large wood deck terrace overlooks nature. Speaking of special experiences, outdoor dining using a gas BBQ grill (for a fee). It's also a luxury to talk around a campfire or read while looking at the forest. There are 3 bedrooms with Simmons mattresses that are very comfortable to sleep on, and the maximum capacity is 10 people. For larger gatherings, the two adjacent buildings can also be used together. Nagano's Happy House (Karuizawa West)　

Happy House is about a 30-minute drive or 15 minutes by train from Karuizawa, a summer resort, and is located in a secluded spot in Miyotamachi. It's the perfect log house for groups of friends, families with kids, solo travelers, and workers!　 From the skylight on the second floor, you can see the majestic Mt. Asama to the north, Mt. Hirao to the south, and the starry sky at night. Outside, you can use the barbecue grill on the roofed terrace. You can use it for an optional ¥2,000 per use. To bathe in the firewood-fired large pine bath in the separate building, the option is available for 3,000 yen. Please book by 12: 00 on the day. Please enjoy the use of the firewood stove for an option fee of ¥1,000. Please pay for each option in cash or PayPay at check-in. 　Nearby, a 6-minute drive away, is Hirao Onsen "Miharashi no Yu", which has an excellent view. In addition, Omogae is located in a scenic environment, near the Tsuyukiri Gorge, where the Yukawa River a first-class river that starts from Karuizawa's Shiraito Falls and connects the Chikuma River to the Shinano River. A Finnish log house built in 2015. The property is in a convenient location about 15 minutes by car from the center of Karuizawa, is right next to Oiwake-shuku on National Route 18. The 2 rooms plus loft space can accommodate 8 people. In addition, there are 5 parking spaces, an indoor bath and separate toilet and washroom. All the windows on the south side are glass, so you can simply enjoy the open feeling. There is a garden of about 200 tsubos on the south side, which is mostly forest, creating a quiet environment.

IZUMIYA is a newly built, single-family home located about a 7-minute walk from the north exit of Karuizawa Station. The house has 2 units and rents 2 buildings. It is in a good location within walking distance of the popular outlet mall, Kyukaruizawa Ginza, and Unba Pond, and you can also enjoy the beautiful nature unique to Karuizawa. It is very convenient, with a convenience store, supermarket, and delicious restaurants nearby. You can spend a spacious time renting one building, and it is equipped with a kitchen, furniture, and appliances necessary for daily life, so you can stay with your family and friends as if you were living in Karuizawa. Small children are also welcome. We keep the rooms clean and use a professional cleaning service for the towels and linens so that guests can feel at ease. A 1000 square meter private villa with 7 spaces. The entire "Rock Forest" has seven main concepts. We offer each "way of spending time". After procuring fresh ingredients locally, move to the Rock Forest, park your car in the parking lot, and go up the stairs to bring the ingredients to the hearth space. You won't see any other people. It is 60 minutes by Shinkansen from Tokyo to Karuizawa, and 30 minutes by car from Karuizawa Station, so you can work in the morning and take a half-day off in the afternoon, for example. Surrounded by nature, you can relax and enjoy an extraordinary time. < Winter season November-March > The outdoor bath is closed during the winter months.

Feel the extraordinary atmosphere with a large sofa and fireplace in the living room, a large yard and outdoor dining. In the bathroom, you can enjoy a JAXSON jet bath, a large sauna for 4 people that can be used at the same time, and a rain shower in the bath. Please note that in a natural environment, insects may occur indoors during your stay, as we are renovating an old villa. If you have an excessive allergy to insects, please refrain from booking.

Capsule House-K, a monumental capsule house in nature designed by Kisho Kurokawa

CAPUSULE HOUSE-K is a private house designed by Kisho Kurokawa. It was created based on the concepts of Metabolism and Homo Mobius. This building is composed of the same capsules as the Chugin Capsule Tower Building, which is also a metabolism building, and was completed in 1973, the year after the building was completed. Until now, it has been open only to a few people and was a little-known building, but in 2019, the restoration was started by Kisho Kurokawa's son, and now it is open to the public with the interior of that time.
