Appartement 'Manggeihütte Top 1' is een ruim appartement in Neukirchen am Großvenediger. Het appartement heeft een ruime woonkamer met een slaapbank, open keuken en balkon op het zuiden. Op dezelfde verdieping vind je een aparte slaapkamer met tweepersoonsbed en een badkamer met douche en toilet. Onder het huis is een ruime skikelder met skischoendrogers. Er is ook een wasruimte en een sauna, waar in overleg gebruik van gemaakt kan worden. Rondom het huis bevinden zich voldoende parkeerplaatsen.

Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

My house is 5 minutes away form the Ski Lift Station to walk and 2 minutes with car. In the summer months i have a big garden with a small Creek, a wood direktly at the backside of my house and apple trees. The house is perfekt to use the bikepark leogang because you can lock all your bikes in the house and it is only 5 minutes away from the bike park. I have a big Garage were you can clean your bikes and keep your skiis, bikes and cars inside. My house is also perfekt for hiking.
