The 1-room apartment was completely renovated in 2025. Centrally located - only 5 minutes from the train station - you can be in untouched nature in just a few minutes. The apartment has a terrace, garden and an underground parking space. Children are very welcome and we do not charge any additional costs for children up to 6 years old. Please simply note this in the text when making the request. The tourist tax is between €2.20 and max. €3 per adult, depending on the season, and there are some discounts with the guest card.

We are happy to welcome you as guests in our 1-room apartment on the edge of the forest. The small apartment Waldeck has a well-equipped kitchenette, a dining area with TV, a 1.80 m wide box spring bed and a shower with toilet. WiFi can be used free of charge. The house entrance is at ground level, then you go down a staircase. The apartment, with an 18 sqm terrace and seating furniture, is then also at ground level, as our house is located on the slope. The tourist tax is added to the final price.

Hintergraseck is situated above the Partnachgorge in the mountains with magnificent nature. Elmau Castle(G7-summit) is the neighbor to the east, 4.5km away. Unique view of the mountains. Wonderful for hiking and relaxing. Perfect for couples seeking rest, mountain loving adventurers, families with children. ATTENTION not directly accessible by car. Parking at 2.8km. The quietly located apartment is south and west facing and is divided into approx. 60 m² on a living room (with comfortable sofa bed and reading corner), a bedroom (with large double bed), a separate new kitchen (with dishwasher and dining area for up to 6 people) and a bathroom (with shower and toilet). The balcony overlooks the Karwendel Mountains to the south, the Wetterstein Mountains to the southwest and the Krottenkopf to the west.

To live in a European Way you find here a comfortable and quiet appartement in a courtyard located in the center of Garmisch-Partenkirchen. 3 minutes walking distance to Marienplatz with pedestrian precinct and all kind of shops. Main busstopp only 100 m. Parking is available (garage on request with fee); Hausberg area within 900 m for skiing and hiking, tennis courts and more sport facilities. Train station within 900 m.
