We are happy to welcome you as guests in our 1-room apartment on the edge of the forest. The small apartment Waldeck has a well-equipped kitchenette, a dining area with TV, a 1.80 m wide box spring bed and a shower with toilet. WiFi can be used free of charge. The house entrance is at ground level, then you go down a staircase. The apartment, with an 18 sqm terrace and seating furniture, is then also at ground level, as our house is located on the slope. The tourist tax is added to the final price.

Cozy apartment with kitchen + terrace for 2+1

The modern, fully equipped apartment offers enough space and comfort for 2 people to enjoy a pleasant stay. 2+1 means that families with a child have the budget-friendly option of letting the child sleep on the pull-out sofa bed (see photos). An adult can also sleep here. Please note that using the sofa bed inevitably comes with limitations in terms of space and comfort. If you don't want to compromise on comfort even with three people, we recommend taking a look at our larger apartments.

Luxurious apartment in Mittenwald for connoisseurs

Luxuriously equipped apartment in a sunny, quiet location. Very idyllically located 30 m next to the Isar with magnificent mountain views. The open floor plan, modern materials and sophisticated LED lighting design make the apartment a bright and cozy retreat. The 3 rooms offer very high-quality amenities with modern smart home technology, electric curtains and underfloor heating as well as air conditioning. A public charging facility for electric cars is located in the village.

Residenz Berghof Mösern | Top 2

The Residenz Berghof, built in 2012, is beautifully located in the Olympia Region Seefeld overlooking the village of Mösern and the largest free-hanging bell in Tyrol - the Peace Bell, which rings every day at 5 pm as a sign of peace. This beautiful spot of land is called the swallow's nest of Tyrol because of its sun-drenched altitude at 1200 m. Small but high quality and fine, that's our newest apartment. The modern kitchen and cozy dining area invite you to prepare breakfast and small meals. A seating area for dining is also located on the balcony. The bathroom with shower and toilet is elegantly and modernly designed. The sleeping area looks particularly cozy due to the sloping roof and the adjacent small seating area. The balcony with direct views of the Karwendel is facing east.

The quietly located apartment is south and west facing and is divided into approx. 60 m² on a living room (with comfortable sofa bed and reading corner), a bedroom (with large double bed), a separate new kitchen (with dishwasher and dining area for up to 6 people) and a bathroom (with shower and toilet). The balcony overlooks the Karwendel Mountains to the south, the Wetterstein Mountains to the southwest and the Krottenkopf to the west.
